The weather is getting warmer, and we’re fully into the MLB season. Let’s look at some players that could make an impact today.

Monday’s Best MLB Player Prop Bets

Nolan Arenado OVER 1.5 Total Bases (+110)

The Cardinals struggled at the start of the season, going 10-19. However, in May, they’ve been better, and they have the chance to finish above .500. They have a great chance to do it as they face the last-place Royals.

Nolan Arenando has not started the season off well, but today is a great chance to put up some offense coming off a 2-for-4 performance on Sunday. Although he’s only seen Josh Staumont twice, he has one hit, which was a home run.

J.D. Martinez OVER 1.5 Total Bases (+125)

The Dodgers had a rough start to the season, but they are surging and have regained first place in the NL West. The pitching is improving, but this powerful lineup has carried them throughout the season.

A new addition that’s played their part is J.D. Martinez. He’s been on a tear lately, hitting .423 with three home runs and seven RBI over his last six games. I like him to keep it going, as he has an extra-base hit against Trevor Williams in just two at-bats.

Julio Rodriguez OVER 1.5 Total Bases (+125)

The Mariners are starting to play better in May as they are on a quest to earn another postseason spot. This division could be more competitive than it has been over the last few years, so it’s something to pay attention to this season.

Julio Rodriguez is the team’s franchise player, and they showed that by signing him to a long extension. He’s underwhelmed to start the season but has turned it on the last few games, posting multiple hits in five straight. The Mariners will begin a set with the Yankees and look for J-Rod to make his mark in this one.
