The weather is getting warmer, and we’re fully into the MLB season. Let’s look at some players that could make an impact today.

Luis Arraez Over 1.5 Total Bases (+100)

The Marlins are on an amazing run, winning seven of their last nine, allowing them to move into second place in the National League East. They are now on the second leg of their road trip going against the vulnerable Mariners, who have lost five of their last seven.

One of the big reasons for the Marlins’ success is thanks to the bat of Arraez. He’s building off a stellar 2022 campaign where he made his first all star appearance and is leading the league with a .406 average and has a hit in 15 of his last 16 games.

Corbin Carroll OVER 1.5 Total Bases (+115)

The Diamondbacks are one of this season’s more surprising teams. After finishing 14 games under .500 last season, they are currently holding the top spot in the NL West. Much of that is because of their improved offense, and they are currently third in batting average.

Carroll has been a significant contributor, and that’s why he is currently considered the favorite to win the NL Rookie of the Year. The power has come out over the last week, and in his last six games, he is 10-for-21 with four home runs and two doubles.

Mike Trout OVER 1.5 Total Bases (-120)

The Angels are another team that has improved since last year, but they’re playing a tough division, and even with them being over .500, they are a few games out of first place. One of those teams they have to get over is the Rangers, against whom they start a series on Monday.

It’s another great year for Trout, as he had the fifth-most home runs in the American League with a 2.0 WAR. Tonight he gets Dane Dunning, who he’s had success against with a .375 average and .750 slugging.
