(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Walker Buehler Over 2.5 Earned Runs Allowed (-115)

The Red Sox made a big move by trading Rafael Devers. Even without him, they are still playing well, winning 10 of their last 13 games.

Walker Buehler has not had much success this season, as he comes into this start with a 5.95 ERA. He's coming off his worst start of the season, where he went only 3.1 innings and allowed eight earned runs against the Mariners. This is a far cry from 2021, where he finished in the top four in Cy Young voting with a 2.47 ERA. Buehler was one of the best at ensuring swings and misses a few years ago,  but this year he’s in the 16th percentile.

The Angels are not the most potent offense, but they are good in some aspects, including leading the league in barrel rate (11.3%) and fifth in launch angle sweet-spot rate (35.3%). This could be another tough start for Buehler.

Eduardo Rodriguez Over 16.5 Outs Recorded (-105)

The Diamondbacks experienced a rough patch a few weeks ago and have slowly started to drop out of the National League West, now eight games behind first place.

It's been a tough year for Eduardo Rodriguez - 2-4 with a 5.93 ERA - and the Diamondbacks have not won back-to-back Rodriguez starts yet this season. He's been better in June with a 2.81 ERA in three starts, and his season could be turning around.

Rodriguez faces the White Sox today, who are having another horrible season, ranking 28th in offensive WAR. Rodriguez has dominated this lineup with a .239 weighted on-base average.

Ronald Acuna Jr. 1+ Walk (+115)

The Braves have a lot of ground to make up after their horrific start to their season, and they've only been over .500 for two days this season. They started the season with some of their best players on the injured list (IL), including Spencer Strider and Ronald Acuna Jr. Both are back, and even with Chris Sale on the IL, they still could potentially keep up, especially since they've won seven of their 10.

Acuna has been on fire since returning, and although he doesn't qualify, his .391 batting average leads the league. He's also gotten on base in over 50% of his at-bats thanks to his great hitting and discipline at the plate. Acuna has an excellent 18.6% walk rate this season and has recorded at least one walk in 16 out of 26 games this season. He'll face the Mets’ David Peterson, whose 7.8% walk rate is only in the 57th percentile.
