This series heads back to Philadelphia tied at one, and the Padres are coming in with the hot bats with three home runs in their Game 2 8-4 win. San Diego will send up another talented starter Joe Musgrove to gain the series lead, while Philadelphia will counter with Ranger Suarez.

Joe Musgrove over 5.5 strikeouts (-102)
Musgrove had one of his best seasons with a career-low 2.93 ERA and his second-lowest WHIP (1.083). He’s continued this momentum into the playoffs with two great starts against the Mets and Dodgers, allowing two earned in 13 innings so far.
In his last start, he got eight strikeouts against the Dodgers, and now he’ll see a Phillies lineup that’s also prone to strikeouts. In his one start against the Phillies this year, he had just one strikeout in six innings. Still, the Phillies finished the season with the six-highest strikeout percentage, and Musgrove has a 34% lifetime strikeout rate against this lineup.
Under 7.5 total runs (-110)
You would think that with a hitter’s park like Citizens Bank and these two lineups, they would have some high-scoring games, but that has not been the case. Over the last two seasons, the under has hit in five of the previous six games in Philadelphia, and someone was shut out in all three matchups this year. The Phillies are coming into this game with a .216 lifetime batting average in 94 at-bats against Musgrove, while the Padres are hitting just .170 against Ranger Suarez.
Bryce Harper to record a hit
Harper is one of the hottest hitters in the playoffs and comes in with 13 hits and seven RBI with a seven-game hitting streak. He hasn’t had that much success off of Musgrove (3-for-14), but I’ll take him regardless of the matchup.
