Thursday’s Best MLB PrizePicks Player Predictions

This season: 33-19-3

Cristian Javier Over 31.5 Pitcher Score

He’s coming off a bit of a rough start against the Guardians, but I like Javier to rebound at home tonight, facing this Nationals squad. They are one of the worst teams against right-handed pitching on the year, with the fourth worst wRC+ (82). That form has maintained over the last two weeks as they are dead last in the metric with a 62 wRC+. Fellow Astro Hunter Brown just dominated them the other night when he fired off seven innings of scoreless ball en route to earning a win. That outing earned him a pitcher score of 43.
