It is a busy day in Major League Baseball with a full slate of games tonight. I'm here to help you sort through all the markets to find the best MLB same-game parlays (SGPs) of the day. There are lots of great options for the day, so let's get started.

I'll be using FanDuel Sportsbook for today’s MLB odds and picks, but I highly recommend line shopping to make sure you find the best odds for your SGPs.

Friday’s Best MLB Same Game Parlay Picks

(Odds Courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)

Texas Rangers vs. Detroit Tigers

Detroit is 13-3 at home this season and going for their fifth win in a row against a Rangers team that has had some issues on the road (6-12). Texas is hitting well over the last week (.274).

Both teams are starting solid pitchers. But the Tigers are playing better, which is why they'll win by at least two runs, but the Rangers will score enough to push the final score over the total.

A $100 wager will result in a $311 payday - your stake plus $211 in winnings.

Parlay Odds: +211

Philadelphia Phillies vs. Cleveland Indians

Aaron Nola (4.61 ERA) has strung together a couple of solid outings, but he got hit hard over his first five starts, averaging four earned runs per outing. Gavin Williams has a 5.06 ERA and a 1.75 WHIP. He faces a Phillies lineup hitting .307 over the last week. Yeah, we're going to see some hitting in this game, and more than 7.5 runs.

Steven Kwan is hitting .333 this season and .379 over the last seven games with 11 hits in 29 at-bats. Against a pitcher with a 1.75 WHIP,  I like his chances of making contact and getting on base. Kwam has two or more hits in four of his last six games. He'll get at least two today against Williams.

A $100 wager will result in a $429 payday - your stake plus $329 in winnings.

Parlay Odds: +329

San Diego Padres vs. Colorado Rockies

Antonio Senzatela has been hit hard this year (1.86 WHIP) and seldom strikes anyone out (17 in seven starts). But he had four in each of his last two starts. With a struggling Padres lineup averaging eight strikeouts per game over the last week (five games), I like his chances of going over 2.5 strikeouts today.

Manny Machado is hitting .306 so far this season and .474 over the last week (nine hits in 19 at-bats across five games) with two or more hits in three of his last five games. I like the chances one of the best hitters in baseball has to record two hits off a pitcher opponents are hitting .380 against.

A $100 wager will result in a $424 payday - your stake plus $324 in winnings.

Parlay Odds: +324

New York Yankees vs. Oakland Athletics

A total of 10.5 seems pretty high, but maybe not for teams starting pitchers with a 5.65 ERA (Will Warren) and 4.71 ERA (Osvaldo Bido). The A's have been hitting well over the last week (.298) and should score some runs.

The Yankees have not been hitting well (.204), but the park in Sacramento is hitter-friendly, so it would not be shocking to see the Yankees’ offense come alive in this one and score some runs. Bido has given up seven home runs (five in two games at home) across his last four games. Aaron Judge has hit two homers in six games this month. If anyone is going to take advantage of Bido, it's him.

A $100 wager will result in a $362 payday - your stake plus $262 in winnings.

Parlay Odds: +262
