Philadelphia Phillies vs. Milwaukee Brewers
- Leg 1: Jacob Misiorowski 8+ Strikeouts (-205)
- Leg 2: Andrew Painter Over 2.5 Earned Runs Allowed (-129)
- Leg 3: Brice Turang Over 1.5 Hits+Runs+RBI (-124)
- Leg 4: Jake Bauers Over 1.5 Hits+Runs+RBI (-106)
Let's lead off our same-game parlays with the Brewers hosting the Phillies on Friday night. We have Jacob Misiorowski on the mound for Milwaukee, which means we can expect plenty of strikeouts. Plus, fading Philadelphia starter Andrew Painter has been profitable this season, and he'll likely struggle again today. Lean into that angle with a few props.
Misiorowski has a good opportunity for another high-strikeout output. The Phillies have the fourth-highest strikeout rate in the majors against right-handed pitching this season, at 23.2%. Over the past two weeks, they're also striking out at a league-worst 28.9% rate vs. righties. Plus, the Philly lineup is last in the MLB in road batting average this year.
It sets up well for the Brewers' breakout arm. Misiorowski's 38.4% strikeout rate is tops among starting pitchers this year, and he boasts a 98th percentile whiff rate as well. He already has 116 strikeouts over 13 starts, averaging 8.9 per outing. Plus, he's struck out at least eight batters in 11-of-13 starts thus far, including nine straight.
Meanwhile, Painter could have trouble with the Milwaukee offense. The Phillies' right-hander has a 6.21 ERA and 1.57 WHIP over 12 outings this year. He's given up at least three earned runs in seven of his last 10 starts, including a combined 10 runs allowed in his past two games. Painter will now face a Brewers lineup that has a .334 wOBA and 113 wRC+ against right-handed pitching.
Brice Turang and Jake Bauers should both play roles in that run production. Turang is batting .304 with a .973 OPS against right-handers this year. He's also hitting .328 with a .980 OPS at home. How about at home vs. righties? That would be a .376 average and 1.139 OPS.
As for Bauers, he brings in a .285 batting average and .933 OPS against right-handed pitching. He also owns a .926 OPS at home. Plus, the lefty is swinging the bat very well lately. Bauers has a .315 average and 1.053 OPS over the last 26 games. As for Painter, he's allowed a .311 BA and .834 OPS to lefty hitters so far.

St. Louis Cardinals vs. Minnesota Twins
- Leg 1: Joe Ryan 6+ Strikeouts (-192)
- Leg 2: Joe Ryan Over 17.5 Outs (-154)
- Leg 3: Trevor Larnach Over 1.5 Hits+Runs+RBI (-126)
- Leg 4: Kody Clemens Over 1.5 Hits+Runs+RBI (-130)
Let's now turn our attention to an interleague matchup between the Cardinals and Twins. Our same-game parlay will first feature Minnesota starter Joe Ryan, who should post another solid outing at home. Plus, a pair of Twins hitter props will be worth locking in.
Ryan brings in a 3.07 ERA and 1.00 WHIP for Minnesota this year. After a shaky start to the season, he's been much more consistent lately. The right-hander boasts a 2.29 ERA and 2.86 FIP over his last six starts. He's also allowed two earned runs or fewer in 11 of his 14 starts overall this year.
When it comes to outs recorded, Ryan has tossed at least six innings (18 outs) in six straight starts. He's also done it in nine of the last 10 starts, excluding an outing when he exited in the first inning with elbow soreness. Plus, he's gone over 17.5 outs in six of seven home starts, again excluding that outlier.
As for strikeouts, Ryan is averaging 6.4 per outing. He's struck out at least six batters in six of his seven home starts as well (excluding that one outlier). The Cardinals, meanwhile, have the fourth-highest strikeout rate against right-handed pitching over the past two weeks. They're also bottom 10 in the league in strikeout rate vs. righties overall this season.
The Twins' offense, on the other hand, should get to St. Louis starter Kyle Leahy. Two of the hitters to back are Trevor Larnach and Kody Clemens. The former is batting .283 with a .799 OPS against righties this year. He also boasts a .323 batting average and .947 OPS vs. righties at home. As for Clemens, he's swinging well right now with a .294 BA and .906 OPS over the last month. That includes a .992 OPS over the last 11 games.
More notably, both Larnach and Clemens are left-handed batters. That bodes well against Leahy, who is allowing a .344 batting average and .962 OPS to lefties this season. The Cardinals' right-hander also has a rough 5.04 ERA on the road thus far.
