Yes, sports fans, it is Friday the 13th, and we all know what that means - every highlight reel will contain images of at least one person wearing a hockey mask. But crazy things happen on Friday the 13th, so maybe we should give a crazy MLB same game parlay (SGP) or two a try.

Tampa Bay Rays vs. New York Mets
Jeff McNeil has been on a good run with at least one hit in 12 of his last 13 games and one in the last nine games he played where the Mets were favored. He is 1-2 all-time vs. Taj Bradley and has been hitting .288 at home this year. Both teams have solid pitchers taking the mound, which could mean we'll have a low-scoring game on our hands. Mets starter Clay Holmes has held opponents to a .203 batting average at home.
Don't count on a Rays team hitting .224 over the last week to break through against him. The Mets have been hitting .291 over the last week; Bradley gave up six hits and seven runs in his last outing.

Minnesota Twins vs. Houston Astros
The Twins gave up 14+ runs in three of their last seven games and 16 in two of their previous three (both against Texas). Twins starter Chris Paddack has held opponents to two runs or less in 10 of his 12 starts, but the bullpen was awful against Texas and has struggled over the last week. Colton Gordon hasn't been terrible for Houston, but he hasn't been good either.
With their pen pitching well, Houston will probably have Gordon on a short leash.
Both teams are hitting well over the last week and should do some damage against the starters, plating more than eight runs before both starters get pulled. But Houston will gain control of the game when their bullpen steps in and wins the game.

San Francisco Giants vs. Los Angeles Dodgers
Everything about this game screams a pitcher's duel. Both have sub-3.00 ERAs and have been hard to hit (Logan Webb: 1.16 WHIP; Yoshinobu Yamamoto: 1.0 WHIP). Neither offense has been impressive lately (Dodgers: .258 batting average; Giants: .245 batting average). It will be a surprise if either team does much tonight.
However, the Dodgers have had success against Webb in the past - .328 batting average with six home runs over 192 at-bats.
I'm going to lean towards the Dodgers winning a low-scoring game.
