San Diego Padres vs. Milwaukee Brewers MLB Same Game Parlay

Freddy Peralta is having another fantastic season as the leader of this Brewers rotation with a 1.6 WAR, a 2.92 ERA and 9.5 strikeouts per nine. He can get ahead in the count with his fastball, which, at 94.7 miles per hour (MPH), is a career best,  but his breaking balls are where he is most effective. Peralta uses those pitches later in the count because he gets those swings and misses, especially that change-up, as he has a 23.8% putaway rate with it.

Peralta already has an impressive history against the Padres, with a .282 weighted on-base average and a 38.5% strikeout rate. Now he faces a struggling Padres lineup. Over their last 13 games, the Padres’ .225 batting average and .115 isolated power both rank 25th in the league.

Philadelphia Phillies vs. Pittsburgh Pirates MLB Same Game Parlay

The Phillies have been getting a lot from their pitchers in the back end of the rotation, such as Cristopher Sanchez, who is coming in with a 3.15 ERA. He's not overpowering; he doesn't even have a fastball in the arsenal, but he has better than league-average breaks on all three of his pitches (sinker, change-up, slider), and it has helped him record a 30% whiff rate.

This game has the potential to be a pitcher’s duel, given how well Sanchez is pitching, along with Paul Skenes on the mound. It's another dominant season for the young phenom as he's allowed more than two runs in just one of his 12 starts. The strikeout rate is down from 33% to 26% this year, but he still can keep the ball away from the hitter’s power zone, as the barrel rate is in the 88th percentile.

Parlay Odds: +394

Atlanta Braves vs. San Francisco Giants MLB Same Game Parlay

This is not the Spencer Strider we are used to seeing, as he has been struggling and has lost all four of his starts. His last outing was his worst of the year, allowing five earned runs, including three home runs, over five innings. There has been a sharp decline in the velocity of his fastball and the movement on his breaking pitches. It’s safe to wonder if he wasn't ready to come back from recovery from Tommy John surgery.

Strider has a great history against the Giants, allowing a .103 batting average. San Francisco’s offense is abysmal, batting .212 (29th) and slugging .302 (30th) in their last 13 games. This could be the confidence-boosting start Strider needs, and he might not need to be at his sharpest to give the Braves a chance to win.
