MLB Same Game Parlays & Picks: Tuesday (6/2)
Major League Baseball took it easy yesterday, opening the week with just a handful of games. But it is back to business today with a full schedule of 15 games for your viewing and betting pleasure. With so many games, it's also a great day for MLB Same Game Parlays.
Now, if there were only one game on the schedule, it would still be a great day for MLB Same Game Parlays (SGPs). You'd just have fewer options. The following are my favorite MLB SGPs for today (odds via FanDuel).

Tuesday’s Best MLB Same Game Parlays & Bets
(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)
Cleveland Guardians vs. New York Yankees
Leg #1: Yankees -1.5 (+100)
Cam Schlitter should have no trouble slowing down the Guardians offense. Then again, Cleveland has only scored 15 runs. So, he will not need to slow them down much. Joey Cantillo has pitched well on the road (3.07 ERA in six starts, 2-1). But he's running into a red-hot Yankees lineup, hitting .318 with 47 runs scored in five games over the last week.
Leg #2: Ben Rice Over 1.5 Hits (+300)
Cantillo has given up four hits or fewer in four of his last six games. But with how Rice has been swinging the bat (.545 BA over the last week, 12-22 with seven extra base hits), I like his chances of getting 2+ hits off Cantillo and/or the Guardians bullpen.
Leg #3: Joey Cantillo Under 4.5 Strike Outs (-106)
While he has done a solid job this season, Cantillo is not a strikeout pitcher. He's had four or fewer in five of his starts in May (he had six in the other). I doubt he suddenly racks up a bunch against a Yankees lineup that struck out just 36 times over the last week (five games).
MLB SGP Odds: +850 – A $100 wager will result in a $950 payday, your stake plus $850 in winnings.
Texas Rangers vs. St. Louis Cardinals
Leg #1: Rangers ML (-112)
Texas has picked up the pace at the plate in recent games, just not in last night's 2-1 win over the Cardinals. But I expect the lineup to do fine against Dustin May (4.86 ERA at home, .289 OBA) while Nathan Eovaldi keeps St. Louis from generating much offense. Going with the spread (-1.5 at +158), but after the lineup plated just two runs yesterday, the moneyline is the better play.
Leg #2: Nathan Eovaldi Over 5.5 Strikeouts (-150)
Eovaldi has gone over this number in his last five starts and has thrown almost twice as many strikeouts on the road as he has at home (44 to 23). Jonathan deGrom had eight in five innings of work last night as the Cardinals struck out 14 times
Leg #3: First 5 innings result: Texas ML (+110)
I've got faith in Eovaldi. He didn't have his best outing his last time out, but he is certainly capable of locking down on an underperforming Guardians lineup for five innings. With the Ranges lineup facing Dustin May, it should have no trouble scoring more runs than St. Louis.
Leg #4: Under 7.5 Runs (-115)
Yesterday, these two teams combined for just three. I doubt the score will be as low today. But I don't think the Rangers’ offense will do enough to send the final score over this total.
MLB SGP odds: +589 – A $100 wager will result in a $689 payday, your stake plus $589 in winnings.
