The MLB season rolls on today with a full 15-game slate, giving fans and bettors plenty of action to enjoy. With 15 games and a plethora of markets for each game, there are so many MLB same game parlays (SGPs) we can build for every game. Some games are more appealing than others, from a betting perspective.

Chicago White Sox vs. Houston Astros
Leg #1: White Sox Moneyline (-108)
Yes, Houston won 6-3 last night. But the Astros will have to face a more challenging starter tonight in Sean Burke (5-2 on the road with a 3.05 ERA).
They will not be putting their best foot forward with Ronel Blanco (8.10 ERA at home), who has failed to go five innings at home in three starts. I will not count Houston's bats out, though, so I'm taking the Moneyline rather than the run line.
Leg #2: Sean Burke Over 5.5 Strikeouts (+100)
Sean Burke has not gone over this total in his last three starts and in four of his last five. He had 10 strikeouts in his July 25th start (six innings) against Houston. The Astros averaged eight punchouts per game over the last week and struck out six times in five innings last night.
Leg #3: Colson Montgomery 2+ Hits + Runs + RBIs (+110)
Colson Montgomery’s season-long stats are not encouraging (.214 average), but he went 2-for-3 with two runs, an RBI and a home run last night. Over the last week, he's hitting .286 with an 1.198 OPS.
Montgomery will get the job done while Blanco is still on the mound.

New York Yankees vs. Los Angeles Angels
Leg #1: Yankees -1.5 (-104)
Gerrit Cole (4-4 in nine road starts with a 3.04 ERA) is facing an Angels team hitting .178 over the last week. A Yankees lineup hitting .273 over the last week (44 runs scored in eight games) is facing Grayson Rodriguez (7.78 ERA, 1-3 in nine home starts, with a .323 opponents’ batting average).
Yes, the Angels clobbered New York last night. But Cole is certainly a step (or 10) better than the pitchers the Yankees trotted out last night.
New York will get the job done tonight.
Leg #2: Ben Rice 2+ Total Bases (+105)
Ben Rice was held hitless last night. But he had hit safely in six out of seven games prior and recorded two or more total bases in five of them. With Grayson Rodriguez's history of getting hammered at home, this is a solid market.
It might be worth considering Rice to record three or more total bases at +170.
Leg #3: Gerrit Cole Over 6.5 Strikeouts (-102)
The Angels have struck out seven or more times in the first seven innings in six of their last seven games and six or more times in the first six innings of their last seven games.
Gerrit Cole is certainly capable of having a big night against this roster. If his pattern in recent games holds, he's due.
