Saturday's Best To Hit A Home Run Prop Bets
Odds via DraftKings Sportsbook
Josh Lowe (+425) & Randy Arozarena (+390)
We all have grown accustomed to "Fade Patrick Corbin Day," we should also start a "Fade Jordan Lyles Day."
Jordan Lyles has been just as bad, if not worse, than Patrick Corbin. Lyles is 0-11 with a 6.72 ERA. On top of that, the Kansas City Royals are 0-15 on days he pitches.
On his way to becoming an automatic fade, Lyles has a 1.89 HR/9, the 4th worst in the MLB. Lyles hasn’t allowed an HR in back-to-back games, so he’s due for some dingers, and there’s no better team to back than the Rays, who lead the American League in HRs.
Josh Lowe and two others lead the Rays in HRs (10) against RHP while also posting a .221 ISO, which is 4th best on the team.
Matt Olsen (+220) & Ozzie Albies (+450) & Ronald Acuna Jr. (+290)
Graham Ashcraft was once considered a promising prospect for the Cincinnati Reds, but right now, he may be viewed as the weakest link in their rotation. Ashcraft is 3-5 with a 6.78 ERA. The right-hander has a SIERA of 5.02, the 13th worst in all of Major League Baseball, and actually .01 higher than the infamous Patrick Corbin.
I usually avoid players that have hit an HR in their previous game, like Matt Olsen and Ronald Acuna did yesterday, but this opportunity is too good to pass up.
With the Braves having a great matchup against Ashcraft and the advantage of playing at Great American Ballpark, we could see numerous Braves leave the park like we saw yesterday.
