Today’s Best To Hit A Home Run Prop Bets

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Anthony Rizzo (+425) & Giancarlo Stanton (+320)

The Yankees are looking to rebound off a disappointing loss, and there is no better way to take advantage of a struggling Lance Lynn. Lynn is 4-6 with a 6.55 ERA and has allowed 15 home runs over his 12 starts this season. His HR/9 of 2.00 is the second-highest in the MLB.

Both Anthony Rizzo and Giancarlo Stanton have had success against Lynn in their careers.

  • Rizzo: 12 for 37, batting .324 with five doubles and two home runs
  • Stanton: 6 for 24, batting .250 with one home run.

Mookie Betts (+270) & Chris Taylor (+390)

Reds’ starter Brandon Williamson is making his fifth start of the 2023 season. Over his first four starts, he has allowed three home runs, all being to right-handed hitters.

The Los Angeles Dodgers rank third in ISO (.242), eighth in wOBA (.342), seventh in wRC+ (117) and fifth in HardHit% (36%) against RHP.

Chris Taylor leads the Dodgers in HRs (seven) against RHP, while Mookie Betts is second on the team with five.

J.D. Davis (+340)

I hoped J.D. Davis would have longer odds than +340 because I like Davis as a sneaky HR hitter today.

Connor Seabold has been used as a starter and reliever throughout 2023. Over his 13 appearances, six of them have been as a starter. In those six starts, he has allowed six home runs.

Davis is second on the team with nine home runs, seven of which have come against right-handed pitchers.
