NASCAR Kwik Trip 250: Best Odds & Pick to Win (2022)
The NASCAR Cup Series heads to Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, for the Fourth of July weekend. At four miles long, Road America is the longest course on the NASCAR Cup Series schedule. Chase Elliott won the first-ever race here last season, and he’ll look to find victory lane again on Sunday. He is one of my top picks for the Kwik Trip 250.

Odds to Win the Kwik Trip 250
1. Winner: Chase Elliott | +500 at FanDuel
Elliott is a smart outright bet whenever NASCAR visits a road course. The 26-year-old superstar already has the third-most road-course wins of any NASCAR Cup Series driver. He trails only Jeff Gordon and Tony Stewart. While it's true that Stewart and Gordon had fewer road courses to win at on their schedules, Elliott's 33.3% win rate is still far better than Gordon's 19.1% and Stewart's 23.5%.
That said, Elliott has underwhelmed at these tracks lately — at least relative to the lofty expectations he has set. Elliott finished fourth at the Circuit of the Americas without leading a lap back in March, and he finished eighth at Sonoma (albeit after leading 26 laps) a few weeks ago. But those results should reassure bettors that Elliott has the speed to win.
Elliott's most recent road-course victory came at Road America last season. He led 24 of the race's 62 laps and finished with the best driver rating. Only two other drivers led more than 10 laps — William Byron, his teammate at Hendrick Motorsports, and Matt DiBenedetto, who no longer races in the Cup Series.
