NBA Finals Same Game Parlay Odds, Picks & Predictions: Thursday (Heat vs. Nuggets)

After what has felt like ages, we finally made it to the NBA Finals. Denver has been waiting in the wings after sweeping the Los Angeles Lakers to welcome Miami, who held off a miraculous Boston Celtics comeback, to find us where we are at. This season has been up and down but I truly appreciate everyone who followed along for the ride. Here are a pair of same-game parlays to kick the Finals off right. Remember to shop around for the best odds/profit boost and that I will be placing one unit on each parlay.

Miami Heat at Denver Nuggets

Parlay One:

  • Leg 1: Under 219.5 (-105)
  • Leg 2: Aaron Gordon Over 6.5 Rebounds (+165
  • Leg 3: Caleb Martin Under 14.5 Points (+115)

With a clean slate to start the series I simply am trusting the seasonal averages a bit more to start at the very least.

Yes, Miami is a completely different team in the playoffs than in the regular season, but they still are the second-slowest team in the league and own a top-10 defense. The Nuggets are the better team but their offense won’t walk all over Miami here.

Conversely, Denver has sat and soaked in film on the ins and outs of Miami over the last week-plus. I fully expect a defensive game plan to be locked and loaded, ready to stop the blazing Heat.

With the projected extra missed shots, I’m targeting Aaron Gordon to get a rebound boost. He is projected for 7.0 boards so to get 6.5 at plus odds is a steal. Caleb Martin has to come down to earth sometime, right? So I will take him as the best bet to go under his points total for the Heat.

Parlay Odds: +700

Parlay Two:

  • Leg 1: Bam Adebayo Over 16.5 Points (-105)
  • Leg 2: Michael Porter Jr. Under 7.5 Rebounds (-120)
  • Leg 3: Nikola Jokic Over 27.5 Points (-110)

On the other end of the spectrum, betting on high-scoring affairs is simply way more fun when gambling, but it doesn’t come with arrogance.

Adebayo over points and Porter Jr. under rebounds are two of the best bets per the BettingPros Prop Bet Cheat Sheet tonight. That is something I cannot ignore. Bam has averaged nearly 20 points a game this season so despite a cool-off in recent playoff games, he is due.

The slow pace will simply mean fewer possessions and Porter Jr. averaged 6.0 boards a game during the regular season. Putting his prop above seven is way too high for this game.

And how can you not add a Jokic prop? He has been waiting to truly perform in the NBA Finals for a minute now and I see him putting up 30-plus if you care to bump up his prop at all for a bit higher payout.

I prefer the first parlay to the second even though the former has longer odds. I see this game as a slugfest that will be close and low scoring. However, trusting the numbers and data is never a bad route either. These two parlays cover two options for tonight that are easy to see happening if the dominoes fall one way or another.

Parlay Odds: +525
