Brooklyn Nets at Cleveland Cavaliers

The Cavaliers have been streaky since winning 17-of-18 and have gone 5-6 since, winning back-to-back games just once. They'll face the Nets, who they beat by 23 in the last matchup. They could also grab the game’s first points and hold a season-first basket percentage advantage of 57%-49%. Brooklyn is allowing the highest percentage of first baskets to centers, and with a lot of Cleveland’s top stars out, this is perfect for Jarrett Allen.

Pick: Jarrett Allen (+350)

Milwaukee Bucks at Los Angeles Clippers

The Bucks are coming off a heartbreaking one-point loss to the Lakers in a game where they nearly came back late for the road win. They now have to face the other team from Los Angeles in a revenge game for former Clippers coach Doc Rivers. Milwaukee holds a distinct first-basket advantage against the LA. In the last game, Brook Lopez had the first team basket, but in this game, lock him for the first overall as the Clippers allow 30% from centers.

Pick: Brook Lopez (+950)

Washington Wizards at  Miami Heat

Miami is coming into this matchup off back-to-back losses. Tonight is a great opportunity, as they are facing the terrible Wizards. Washington finally snapped their 16-game losing streak, but it was against the Hornets. Miami holds a minimal advantage, but Jimmy Butler got the first basket in their last matchup and should do it again today.

Pick: Jimmy Butler (+500)
