The Phoenix Suns have the advantage of winning the first possession tonight. They have DeAndre Ayton, an athletic big man, and the Warriors lack height. That means the Suns will have the first opportunity to score. They only need a player that can score consistently. 

That player is Mikal Bridges. Bridges averages 15.4 points per game on 45.4% shooting. With Devin Booker still injured and Bridgers being the most consistent scorer left, it gives him the best chance to be the first player to score tonight.

Utah Jazz vs. Cleveland Cavaliers

Both of these teams struggle to win the first possession consistently. However, the advantage goes to the Cavaliers. They have one of the best frontcourts in the NBA and are great defensively. That means they can win the first possession, get a stop and create an opportunity to score. 

The player with the best chance to score first is Donovan Mitchell. He is the primary scorer for the Cavaliers and can explode for a big game at any moment. Mitchell has consistency. That makes him the best option for bettors to take tonight.
