Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (+470)

The Mavericks are coming in playing exceptionally well, winning eight of their last nine. They’ve been pushed by Luka Doncic who’s playing phenomenally and will be in the MVP conversation.

The Thunder have a ton of potential with this young roster and will be a contender in the future. Recently, they have had some notable wins, including against the Celtics.

The Mavs have not done well getting the first points of the game recently cashing just one in their last ten, while OKC has eight tip wins in their previous ten games. Gilgeous-Alexander gets the most touches and scoring opportunities on this team.

Marcus Morris (+1000)

The Hawks have hit a massive slide, and come in losing five out of their last six. The offense is playing well, but the defense continues to be their weakness as they sit in the lower half of adjusted defensive rankings.

The Clippers are also on a bad tilt losing five straight. They’re struggling for different reasons than Atlanta — they continue to be one of the better defensive teams in the league, but they are the worst in scoring.

One thing the Clippers have done well is grabbing the first points of the game, having hit in three of the last five. Marcus Morris has been controlling the ball for the offense and likes to attack and take the first shot.

Jabari Smith (+1000)

The Timberwolves made some moves in the offseason to improve this team. Still, they have not met expectations as they’re currently under .500. Last year’s top offense has taken a massive dip with the 19th adjusted offense and the defense has not done any better.

There’s no other way to talk about the Rockets other than they’re rebuilding. They have a long way to go before competing again, especially as they sit in the bottom ten in scoring offense and defense.

There is a bright spot in Jabari Smith, as the first-round pick has been playing well recently. Houston has been looking to him to start the offense, and he has two of the last three first baskets.
