(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Sacremento Kings vs. Los Angeles Clippers (-13.5) | O/U 231.5 (-108/-112)

The Clippers continue their historic comeback. They became the first team in NBA history to go over .500 after being 15 games below it. Their defense is their strongest aspect during this resurgence, ranking seventh in points allowed per game (109.4) since December 19.

Even with all the trades, including the loss of second-leading scorer James Harden, they are still playing well. Kawhi Leonard has been carrying them. He could be in the MVP conversation, as he's currently seventh in points per game (28.3) and eighth in offensive rating among players who have played at least 51 games.

The Kings are in the hunt for the NBA's worst record at 16-51. This is probably the worst team in the league, ranking last in points allowed (120.9) and points scored (110.6) per game. They are playing better recently, winning consecutive games for the first time since January 11-16, but those wins were against the Bulls and Pacers, two non-playoff teams. Their last nine losses have been by 10+ points, including four by 20+ points.

In the last matchup in Inglewood, the Clippers smashed the Kings by 41 points. As they continue to play well, they should get another big win.

Pick: Clippers -13.5 (-112)

Charlotte Hornets vs. San Antonio Spurs (-5.5) | O/U 228.5 (-112/-108)

The Spurs have the opportunity to be the top seed in the Western Conference, as they are only three games behind the Thunder. They are on a stellar run, going 16-2 since February 1st, the best record in that span. They also lead the league with 123.9 points per game.

The big concern for San Antonio heading into this game is Victor Wembanyama’s status, who missed Thursday’s loss to the Nuggets with an ankle injury and is questionable for this game.

Do not let Charlotte's 33-32 overall record fool you; this is one of the hottest teams recently. Since January 22nd, they are 18-5. The Hornets and the Spurs are the only two teams with that many wins during that span.

Charlotte holds the No. 10 seed at the moment, putting them in the NBA Play-In Tournament, but they are only four games behind the No. 6 seed, putting them on the cusp of the playoffs. Charlotte is one of the top rebounding teams, ranking fourth in rebounds per game (46.2), which isn't far from third-ranked San Antonio (46.4). The Hornets could keep this game close.

Pick: Hornets +5.5 (-118)
