NBA Odds, Picks & Predictions: Sunday (Knicks vs. Pacers)
The Pacers shocked much of the NBA world by taking each of the first two games in Madison Square Garden. The Knicks now face the the possibility of an 0-3 hole which has never been overcome in NBA history. With so much on the line, there are plenty of good betting opportunities on the side and total. Here are my favorite NBA picks for Sunday.

New York Knicks at Indiana Pacers
It was a bit of a shock when the Pacers won both Game 1 and Game 2 outright as underdogs. This dropped the Knicks to 3-5 SU and 3-5 ATS at home for the postseason. With numbers like that in front of the home crowd it can be head scratching as to how they've found themselves in the Eastern Conference Finals.
The reason the Knicks have been so successful is that they've been true road warriors. New York is 5-1 SU and 5-1 ATS on the road. The books seem to be onto this as well. Despite losing both games so far, the Knicks are only 2.5-point underdogs.
There is also reason to believe that New York was right in both of these games. They compiled a 17 point lead in Game 1 that they inexplicably gave up with Jalen Brunson nursing five fouls in the fourth quarter. In Game 2 they kept Indiana within striking distance and had an opportunity to tie in the waning seconds.
Indiana is an incredibly talented offense and have shown off their strong shooting by eclipsing 50% in both games. Additionally, they're have taken great care of the ball with 10 or fewer turnovers in both games. In order for New York to win this one they'll need to rely on an offense of their own that was top 10 in eFG% and turnover rate all year.
I like the Knicks to bounce back and put together an impressive offensive performance to rival what the Pacers have been able to do this series. I'll be taking the Knicks on the line and the Over.
Pick: Knicks +2.5 (-110) & Over 223 Total Points (-110)
