Monday’s Best NBA Player Props

Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook | This Season: 43-64 (-23.76 units)

Bogdan Bogdanovic Over 2.5 three-pointers made (-120)

Bogdanovic has faced the Celtics twice this season. His shooting nights could not have been more opposite in those two games. He knocked down seven of his 10 three-point attempts in the first contest. In his second, he was just 2 of 10 from deep.

Bogdanovic averages 3.1 made three-pointers per game. If the first two meetings between these two teams were indicators of what’s to come, then Bogdanovic is going to shoot a lot in this game as he tries to keep his team in it against the Celtics. The price is expensive, but the volume of shots Bogdanovic will attempt makes this a must-play.

Gary Trent Jr. Under 20.5 points (-120)

Trent has had an outstanding March, averaging 21.1 points per game. He scored 31 in Saturday’s loss to the Washington Wizards, which was his third 30-point performance of the month. Tonight, he faces the Nets and their 14th-ranked scoring defense, and we’re backing the under with his point total set seven points above his season average.

Trent has faced the Nets twice this season and scored 15 and 25 points. In the last game, he was 9 of 12 from the field, recording his second-best shooting percentage of the season. Tonight, he will likely shoot closer to his season average of 42.2% and will fail to record 20 points for the third time in four games.

Nick Richards Under 9.5 rebounds (-120)

Richards pulled down 16 rebounds in Saturday’s loss to the Hawks. He’s now pulled down at least 11 rebounds in six of his last eight games. But Richards is still averaging just 8.4 rebounds per game because when he doesn’t hit double digits, he struggles.

This month, in the four games where he didn’t pull down at least 10 boards, he combined for 19 total rebounds. The Cavaliers rank 13th in the league in rebounds allowed per game. Meanwhile, the Hornets are the worst rebounding team in basketball. This is going to be a down game for Richards who has been overachieving of late.
