NBA Playoffs Player Prop Bet Odds & Picks: Wednesday (5/15)
We could get the first team in the conference finals as the Celtics look to send the Cavaliers packing at home in Boston tonight. They may be a double-digit favorite but we've seen more surprising things before out of Jayson Tatum and Company. In the West, the Thunder return home to Oklahoma City after tying the series in Dallas. Luka Doncic will be looking for a bounce-back in what has been an awesome series. One of these games might be more exciting than the other (I won't say which) but overall, these playoffs have been a delight to witness and I can't wait for more exciting play tonight. Here are my top three NBA player prop bet picks for tonight’s playoff games.

Max Strus Under 16.5 Pts + Reb (+102)
Max Strus has teeter-tottered this series, scoring five points, then 12, then six, then 15 in the four games so far. If the pattern holds tonight, he should go back to his single-digit scoring ways. He's averaged right around five rebounds a game this season and throughout the playoffs so I am not too worried about that number jumping up. This postseason, Boston has been a top-tier defense after ranking second in the regular season as a whole. Cleveland's offensive rebounding numbers are below league average and it's not like Strus is exactly an outlier. He's projected around 13 on this combo prop tonight so the fact that you can snag this prop at plus odds is tantalizing. Nothing is ever guaranteed with these Celtics but playing at home with a 3-1 series lead and around a 16-point favorite with a total of around 206, I don't see Strus or the Cavaliers performing quite well. I am going to ride the Unders across the board with Cleveland tonight.
Luka Doncic Over 8.5 Assists (-105)
In two of the four games against the Thunder, Doncic has covered his 8.5 assists line. Looking at his seasonal averages, the Dallas guard averaged right around a triple-double a game on the season with 9.7 a game. While Oklahoma City's defense has been stellar, it seems like Dallas is transitioning a bit away from depending on their star guard, and finding more open looks. Luka only scored 18 last game with 10 assists and I expect a similar output tonight. The Thunder continue as a pace-up spot for the Mavericks and there shouldn't be an expected dip in play despite being on the road. Doncic has covered this line in 11 of his last 15 games so it's solid value at -105 for a line so low.
Isaiah Joe Over 1.5 Made Three-Pointers (+120)
Sometimes you have to play the odds and that is exactly what I plan on doing tonight. After a tough performance last time in Dallas with zero points in 15 minutes, I'm expecting a mini bounce-back out of the Thunder guard. He's attempted at least four three-pointers in six of his last seven games and he's made two or more in four of them. Considering he averaged 1.8 per game during the regular season and has seen consistent playing time throughout the playoffs, this is incredible value at +120 odds. Returning home only helps his case and the BettingPros NBA Player Prop Bet Cheat Sheet gives this prop a 57 percent chance of hitting which is music to my ears. The sheet has been a fantastic resource for all betting needs this season and I won't doubt it now.
