NBA Player Prop Bets Odds, Picks & Predictions: Thursday (10/27)

There are four games tonight. That means there are limited opportunities to find player prop bets, but they are there if you look hard enough. Player prop betting is simple, pick a stat or combination of stats. Rebounds, points, and assists, then bet the player to go over or under that stat.

Let us look at the top player prop bets tonight.

Sacramento Kings vs. Memphis Grizzlies

The Memphis Grizzlies are 3-1 and look like one of the top teams this year. They have Ja Morant, who leads the NBA in scoring this season with 35.3 points per game. There are also great second and third-scoring options with Desmond Bane and Dillon Brooks. That means there are plenty of players on this team that can score.

Desmond Bane has plenty of people to get the ball to on this offense. He is averaging six assists per game. Until Ja Morant stops scoring in bunches, that looks to continue tonight. He also can get the ball to Dillon Brooks, and the Grizzlies have enough depth that when he plays with the second team, he can still get assists. Bane is consistently getting assists, and that gives this bet great value.

Desmond Bane Over 3.5 Assists (-137 Caesars)

Sacramento Kings vs. Memphis Grizzlies

The Kings vs. Grizzlies series is full of betting value. Sacramento is a team that is still building chemistry. Kevin Huerter just joined the team this year from the Atlanta Hawks. Domantas Sabonis is in his first complete season with the Kings after being traded last year. Rookie Keegan Murray is also looking to make an impact. These new players mean the Kings will get better throughout the season.

Keegan Murray might be the best scorer among this year’s rookie class. He dominated the summer league and is averaging 17.5 points this season. He will get more involved in the King’s offense as the season goes on, and that makes the over-on points a valuable play.

Keegan Murray Over 15.5 points (-123 Caesars)

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Los Angeles Clippers

These teams played two nights ago, and the Thunder upset the Clippers. I would look for the Clippers to be out for revenge tonight. They are a team out to prove something this year, and losing to one of the worst teams twice in a row would not help their case.

The Thunder are one of the better rebounding teams in the NBA. Their entire roster is tall and has long wingspans. That is part of the issue for Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. He is averaging 4.7 rebounds per game and has yet to have over six rebounds in a game this season. There is not enough rebounding to go around, and he typically is not in the paint unless he is driving. Until he starts becoming more involved in rebounding, the under-in rebounds look like the play.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Under 6.5 Rebounds (-160 Caesars)
