Sunday’s Best NBA Player Prop Bets
(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)
Nikola Jokic Under 22.5 Rebounds + Assists (-130)
Nikola Jokic needs to play a vital role in this game. It doesn't have to be scoring; he can be on the boards or facilitate the ball. He was third in points (29.6), second in assists (10.2) and third in rebounding (12.7) in the regular season, so he can contribute in a lot of ways. Jokic had one big game with 44 points, but still went under his rebounds + assists prop and has only gone over this total once this series in Game 1.
The Thunder have figured out how to hold Jokic down for most of the series. With Aaron Gordon possibly missing this game, the Nuggets will need Jokic to be a scoring option. Specifically, the assists will keep this from going over.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Over 31.5 Points (-110)
As important as Nikola Jokic is to the Nuggets winning this game, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is to the Thunder moving on to the Western Conference Finals. He has carried this team throughout the playoffs and the regular season. Gilgeous-Alexander led the league with 32.7 points per game this season, and it’s one of the reasons why he's the favorite to win the MVP over Jokic.
Gilgeous-Alexander’s consistency has held this team together. He's gone over his points props in four out of six games in this series. The Thunder superstar has been at his best at home, shooting 56.7% in Oklahoma City.
