NBA Player Prop Odds, Picks & Predictions: Friday (3/10)

Welcome to a six-game NBA slate where I’ll provide my favorite props for your liking. It’s been a successful season so far, and I’d love to keep it going. Remember to shop around for the best odds for these props to get the best EV over the long term. Let’s get to it.

Also, take a look at our other best bets for Friday:

Friday’s Best NBA Player Prop Bets

Past Week: 3-3
Season: 20-23 (+3.3% ROI)

Pascal Siakam Over 30.5 Pts + Reb (-110 BetMGM)

Siakam has surprisingly become an elite member of the “making me money” club due to his recent play. I will say he has been going under his season averages recently, averaging 20 points per game in the last two weeks despite averaging nearly 25 on the season while averaging 4.7 boards in the last week despite that number sitting at 7.6 on the season.

He will regress positively. The Lakers are the best opponent for him to do just that. With the second-fastest pace in the nation, there will be plenty of possessions tonight in Los Angeles. Going up against a below-average defense bodes well for Siakam to get back on track as well.

This number really should be closer to 33 or 34. To get this at -110 feels like a steal, so I’ll be putting down 1.5 units on this prop bet.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope Over 10.5 points (+100 BetMGM)

Here is another example where I simply do not understand why this prop sits so low. The Spurs not only have the least efficient defense in the league, but their top-five pace offers an incredible pace-up spot for Denver in San Antonio tonight.

Caldwell-Pope is also due for some positive regression after averaging 8.2 points in the last two weeks. That number should get back to his seasonal average, which sits at about 11, and there is literally no other NBA team for a better opportunity to do just that than the Spurs.

His minutes still sit above 30 per game, with plenty of field goals attempted. His shot will fall, and taking it at even odds is spectacular.

Scottie Barnes Over 21.5 Pts + Reb (-110 BetMGM)

I have already discussed why I see Siakam going over the points-rebound combo as a good idea, and with Barnes, it’s no different. The opportunity will be there for both players, especially on the scoring front.

I also simply trust the numbers here. The BettingPros Prop Bet Cheat Sheet gives this prop a 72 percent chance of hitting, making it a five-star play.
