(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)
Anfernee Simons Over 1.5 Three-Pointers Made (-162)
Philadelphia’s starting lineup’s star power draws attention from NBA teams and fans alike. Don’t overlook its revamped second unit, though. The 76ers signed guard Anfernee Simons to a two-year deal worth over $12 million to provide bench scoring. The 27-year-old did just that in his 76ers debut, tallying 13 points on 5-of-10 shooting versus the Knicks. Three of those made shots came from three-point range.
Facing a Cavaliers defense that prides itself on rim defense gives Simons a chance to succeed from beyond the arc. Cleveland allowed the fourth-highest opponent three-point shooting rate (37.2%) last season. Since last season, Simons has drained multiple three-pointers in nine of his past 11 games. Anyone hesitant to take on juiced odds can bet on Simons to sink three or more threes at +163.
Evan Mobley Over 8.5 Rebounds (-120)
Philadelphia’s bench may not lack scoring options, but it lacks big-man depth. Ariel Hukporti is out for the year with a torn Achilles, while Dominick Barlow (back) and Tacko Fall (quadriceps) are recovering from their own injuries. That leaves the 76ers with only Adem Bona behind starter Joel Embiid at center. New York’s Karl-Anthony Towns grabbed 12 rebounds, and Andre Drummond grabbed 14 in Tuesday’s contest.
This trend carried over from last season, when Philadelphia surrendered the seventh-most opponent rebounds per game (54.5). Evan Mobley has averaged at least nine rebounds per game in each of his first four NBA campaigns. The USC product has also posted at least nine rebounds in eight of his previous 12 meetings with the 76ers. Trust Mobley to put in work down low in what is projected to be a close Eastern Conference duel.
Jamal Murray Under 24.5 Points (-115)
The Thunder have wasted no time flexing their defensive muscles. Oklahoma City held San Antonio to 104 points on 39% shooting (36-of-93) in Tuesday’s opening victory. This comes after head coach Mike Daigneault’s squad finished the 2025-26 season ranked second in opponent points per game (108) and third in opponent shooting rate (38.7%). The Nuggets face an uphill battle inside a packed Paycom Center on Thursday.
This is not a matchup Denver’s Jamal Murray has thrived in during his career. The All-Star guard has scored fewer than 25 points in 10 of his last 13 games against the Thunder. Oklahoma City’s full-court tenacity and ability to force contested jumpers wear Murray down. No Spurs player has reached the 25-point mark, so it will be difficult for Murray to do so alongside Nikola Jokic, a dominant scorer. Lock in the under.
