NBA Preseason Picks & Predictions: Sunday (10/11)
I was right on two of the three NBA preseason games I picked yesterday, as the Suns and Timberwolves both won. Let's see if we can keep it going with Sunday's slate, which features two games on ESPN. Here are my top NBA preseason picks & predictions for today’s games.

Sunday's Best NBA Preseason Picks & Predictions
(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)
Orlando Magic (+180) at Cleveland Cavaliers (-218) | O/U 227.5 (-110/-110)
The Magic may be on the road here, but I like them much more in this matchup. Led by Paolo Banchero and Franz Wagner, the team's core is younger, and I believe it is more motivated to perform here. Look no further than their other preseason game, a 122-118 win over the Memphis Grizzlies.
As for the Cavaliers, they've got veteran stars like James Harden - who's dealing with an ankle injury - and Donovan Mitchell, who don't need to prove anything in a situation like this.
I also like the Magic's depth more, so I'll go with Orlando to win and for this to be a high-scoring game.
Picks: Magic Moneyline (+180) & Over 227.5 Points (-110)
Milwaukee Bucks (+150) at Charlotte Hornets (-180) | O/U 221.5 (-112/-108)
This is a battle of two teams that will likely be tanking, as both traded away All-Stars this offseason. The Hornets sent LaMelo Ball to the Timberwolves, and Giannis Antetokounmpo went from the Bucks to the Heat.
I like the Bucks' roster top to bottom just a little bit more, and players like Brandon Miller and Coby White are on the injury report for the Hornets. So I think the Bucks go on the road and win here.
But my No. 1 play for this game is the under. In two of the three preseason games these teams have played, they scored fewer than 100 points. And these rosters aren't loaded with star power, so I don't expect a high-scoring affair here.
Picks: Bucks Moneyline (+150) & Under 221.5 Points (-108)
Chicago Bulls (+260) at Denver Nuggets (-325) | O/U 233.5 (-110/-110)
The spread is 8.5 points with the Nuggets favored in this one. That seems like a lot for a preseason game, but I think that's for a reason.
After scoring just 97 points in a preseason loss to Utah, the Nuggets beat the Jazz 117-106 two days later. There's an upward trend going into the regular season. And considering I like the Nuggets' roster, both the starters and the bench, I'll go with Denver at home here.
Pick: Nuggets -8.5 (-112)
