Today’s Best NBA Same Game Parlay Picks

All odds via FanDuel Sportsbook

Chicago Bulls vs. Miami Heat

The Chicago Bulls are coming off a quality win against the Toronto Raptors and they were an underrated team. DeMar DeRozan was a large part of the Bull’s victory, scoring 23 points and playing a total of 39 minutes. DeRozan averaged 24.5 points per game during the regular season, but that number increased to 28.3 points per game when playing against the Miami Heat. That means there is plenty of betting value on DeRozan scoring against Miami tonight.

DeRozan has thrived against the Heat this season and not just in scoring. He averages eight assists per game against the Heat. That is almost three assists higher than he averaged during the regular season. Between Zach LaVine and Nikola Vucevic, DeRozan will have plenty of opportunities to get assists tonight against the Miami Heat, who have struggled to keep everyone on the court all season.

Nikola Vucevic is the 8th best rebounder in the NBA this season. He averages 11 rebounds per game and against the Heat, he averages 13 rebounds per game. That means Vucevic consistently gets more than 10.5 rebounds and that consistency is something that bettors can take advantage of in the playoffs. Combining these three outcomes could help betting value tonight.

Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Oklahoma City Thunder

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is one of the most explosive scorers in the NBA, averaging 33.3 points per game against the Timberwolves this season. That means Gilgeous-Alexander will score points, but this amount of points is a lot for a player who scores most of their baskets inside the paint. He is going up against two of the better centers in the league, which will limit the quality of shots that get gets tonight.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is a large part of why Rudy Gobert will get over 12.5 rebounds tonight. Gilgeous-Alexander driving inside the paint will mean Gobert is positioned under the basket to get the rebounds. That has been the situation all season against the Thunder with Gobert averaging 15.5 rebounds per game against Oklahoma City.

Anthony Edwards is a volume shooter. He shoots an average of 7.74 three-point attempts per game which means the opportunity is there for him to make three of these shots. The Timberwolves will lean on Edwards as the number one option in their offense against the Thunder, meaning his high volume of shots will increase tonight, giving him betting value.
