NBA Same Game Parlay Odds, Picks & Predictions: Wednesday (12/28)

Welcome to a solid eight-game NBA slate where I'll provide my favorite same-game parlays for your liking. It's been a successful season so far and I'd love to keep it going. Hopefully, you had 'successfully betting NBA player props' on your Christmas wish list, because here I am to fulfill those wishes. Here are my favorite plays for tonight's games.

NBA Same Game Parlay Odds, Picks & Predictions: Wednesday (12/28)

Milwaukee Bucks vs. Chicago Bulls

  • Leg 1: Nikola Vucevic OVER 9.5 Rebounds (+110)
  • Leg 2: Grayson Allen 10+ Points (+130)
  • Leg 3: Bucks -4.5 (-110)

I am a bit surprised by this line. Even though this game is being played in Chicago, I am jumping on the Bucks to cover. The mythical legend who is Alex Caruso is questionable tonight, and Milwaukee has fared well against Chicago so far this season.

To do so, I'm taking a stab at a Grayson Allen breakout game. The Duke product has been underperforming of late, making his points prop a solid value at +130. His minutes have seen a nice uptick of late, and he is still taking enough shots to easily justify a double-digit performance.

With the Bucks being one of the better rebounding teams in the league, Vucevic's rebounding total is also great value. Milwaukee reps one of the better defenses in the league, but their defensive rebounding is more impressive than offensively, so I see Vuc snagging 10 boards with ease.

Minnesota Timberwolves vs. New Orleans Pelicans

  • Leg 1: Jaden McDaniels 4+ Rebounds (-120)
  • Leg 2: Anthony Edwards UNDER 5.5 Rebounds (+115)
  • Leg 3: Rudy Gobert OVER 15.5 Points (+120)  

Despite a point spread of -6.5, I see the Timberwolves surprising here and keeping it close. Kyle Anderson is questionable for Minnesota, which should give Jaden McDaniels and Rudy Gobert a bit more usage, making me comfortable pulling the trigger on their over prop totals. 

I simply love the value offered for fading Edwards rebounding, however. While he has been averaging six boards a game for the season, it has been less than that of late and the Pelicans are a top-10 rebounding squad. If he wasn't competing against players on his own team already, I'd still be hesitant.

New Orleans is a solid rebounding team, yes, but McDaniels’ rebounding total is one of the better plays on the slate with the BettingPros Prop Bet Cheat Sheet tagging it as 22 percent expected value.
