Denver Nuggets vs. Los Angeles Lakers
- Leg 1: Over 233 Points (-108)
- Leg 2: Nikola Jokic 50+ Points + Rebounds + Assists (-125)
- Leg 3: Luka Doncic 30+ Points (-170)
The Nuggets and Lakers just squared off last week with the Nuggets getting the win.
That was the last time the Lakers lost, as they've won back-to-back since. However, it was a favorable schedule as they played the Spurs without De'Aaron Fox and Victor Wembanyama, as well as the underperforming Suns. They are missing LeBron James, which has been putting pressure on Luka Doncic to be their primary scoring option. He's averaging 31 points since James has missed time.
The Nuggets have been inconsistent since that nine-game winning streak ended and are 7-6. The biggest question is Nikola Jokic’s and Jamal Murray’s status. They missed the last game against the Warriors, but we're seeing how deep this roster is because even with how well Golden State is playing, Denver was able to go on the road and get a win.
Both Murray and Jokic are expected to play in this game and we should expect another high-scoring game, per the trends in their previous matchups this season.

Detroit Pistons vs. Miami Heat
- Leg 1: Pistons -5 (-112)
- Leg 2: Tyler Herro Under 23.5 Points (-120)
- Leg 3: Cade Cunningham Over 25.5 Points (-110)
The trading of Jimmy Butler ended an era for Miami, and this team could look even more different next season. It wasn't too long ago that this team appeared in the NBA Finals, but we can see they do not have a superstar now that Butler is gone.
Miami is plummeting down the standings, having dropped eight straight. They are now the No. 10 seed in the Eastern Conference. In that time, neither side of the ball has produced, as they are 29th in defensive rating (116.9) and last in offensive rating (103.7).
The Pistons are one of the best stories of the season. They went from having the worst record and a 23-game losing streak last season to being a playoff contender this season.
They have a mix of young talent. Cade Cunningham and Jalen Duran are starting to establish themselves as stars with the help of veterans like Tobias Harris and Malik Beasley.
The previous games between these two have been relatively close, but the last time they played was in December - the Heat are the same team.
