NBA Same Game Parlay Picks & Predictions for Saturday: Pacers vs. Nets (10/29)

The NBA has an eight-game slate scheduled for us tonight. So far, there have been a couple of surprises early on. The Utah Jazz is 0-3, and the Lakers are 0-3 to begin the year.

Maybe the Lakers aren’t as surprising. But it proves just how valuable depth is on an NBA team. The Lakers simply don’t have a bench capable of contributing, while the Jazz has another starting lineup coming off the bench of reliable and confident players.

Anyway, let’s get to what’s essential. I’ve got a couple of same-game parlays I’ll fire on tonight. And here’s a closer look at Pacers vs. Nets.

NBA Same Game Parlay Odds, Picks & Predictions: Pacers vs. Nets

Indiana Pacers vs. Brooklyn Nets

  • Leg 1: Kevin Durant Over 31.5 Points (-113)
  • Leg 2: Tyrese Haliburton Over 20.5 Points (-122)
  • Leg 3: Kyrie Irving Over 28.5 Points (-111)

I expect plenty of points in tonight’s matchup between the Pacers and the Nets. The Pacers have allowed the most points in the NBA up to this point.

The Nets are right behind the Pacers as the next team to allow the most points.

Kevin Durant is averaging 33.2 points per game for the Nets this season. He’s averaging 37.2 minutes and has taken over 20 shots per game this year while hitting 53.4% of his attempts.

Durant hasn’t been hot from downtown, but he’s earned over ten foul shots per game, helping him get his point total up. Durant has earned 32 or more points in four of the first five games this season. He’ll add another monster performance against a bad Pacers defense.

Meanwhile, his teammate, Kyrie Irving, is averaging 29.6 points per game. He’s played nearly 39 minutes per game and has averaged 23.8 shots per contest. Irving has been hot and cold from three, but there’s a great chance he’ll find some solid looks tonight. He’s scored at least 29 points in three of five games. He struggled in the opening game but has since scored at least 27 points in every game this season.

Finally, Tyrese Haliburton has averaged 23 points per game for the Pacers. He’s scored 21 or more points in four of six games. In the two where he didn’t get 21, he scored 19 and 17 points. He’s consistently shooting the ball well. He’s hit 51.1% of field goals and has nailed 42.9% of threes. Look for him to pace the Pacers with a big performance offensively.
