Tuesday’s Best NBA Same Game Parlays: 76ers vs. Celtics

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Here are the best NBA same-game parlays for Tuesday, April 21st. Odds provided by DraftKings Sportsbook.

76ers vs. Celtics Same Game Parlay

Leg #1: Celtics -13.5 (-110)

The 76ers and Celtics split the regular-season series, but three of those four games were played on Nov. 11 or earlier. In the final regular-season meeting, the Celtics won 114-98, and in Sunday's Game 1, the 76ers once again failed to score 100 points, losing 123-91. On Sunday, the Celtics shot 50% from the field and 36% from 3-point range, while holding the 76ers to just 39% from the floor and 4-of-23 from long range.

The Celtics finished the regular season with the best scoring defense in the league. Without Joel Embiid, I don't see how the 76ers find enough offensive firepower to make any game in this series competitive.

Leg #2: Tyrese Maxey Over 3.5 Made 3-Pointers (+154)

Like the rest of the 76ers, Maxey struggled from beyond the 3-point line in Game 1. While he was just 1-of-4 from deep, there are plenty of reasons to back him to bounce back in Game 2. First, he made at least three 3-pointers in all four of his games against the Celtics this season. In three of those games, he made at least four 3-pointers.

For as good as the Celtics were defensively during the regular season, they allowed a lot of 3-pointers. Opponents averaged 14.0 per game against them, which was the eighth-most in the league.

Leg #3: Jayson Tatum Over 9.5 Rebounds (-126)

Since Maxey's prop is offering such great odds, I can play it a little safer with this third leg and still get a price of +900 for this parlay. Tatum is averaging 10.0 rebounds per game this season. He has pulled down at least 10 rebounds in 11 of his 17 contests this year, including in eight of his last 10.

The 76ers aren't a very good rebounding team. They allowed 45.3 per game during the regular season, and the Celtics grabbed 43 on Sunday. The only way Tatum misses this prop is if the Celtics win by so much that he plays very limited minutes. But in Game 1, he played 32, so I doubt that happens.

Parlay Odds: (+900)
