Atlanta Hawks (-320) at Washington Wizards (+260) | O/U 235.5 (-110/-110)

  • Leg 1: Wizards 8.5 (-110)
  • Leg 2: Under 235.5 Points (-110)
  • Leg 3: Wizards (1st Half Winner)/Hawks (Full Time Winner) (+500)

The Hawks (13-11) head to the nation’s capital to take on the Wizards (3-18) at Capital One Arena at 7 p.m. ET.

Atlanta heads into the game on the heels of a heartbreaking 134-133 loss to Denver at home on Friday night, and now it faces the quick turnaround. When playing on no rest, the Hawks are 3-2 straight up (SU) and against the spread (ATS) this season, while the Under has cashed in four of those five outings.

These teams just played on Nov. 25, and Washington hammered Atlanta 132-113 as 11-point underdogs, easily the most impressive showing of the season for the Wizards so far this season. Washington fired out of the box to take a 45-23 lead after one quarter in that rout, and the Wizards shot a blistering 57% (48-of-84) from the field, including 50% (19-of-38) from behind the 3-point line, while leading plenty of points on the floor with just 65% (17-of-26) from the free-throw line.

Wizards G C.J. McCollum was unconscious shooting the ball against the Hawks, dropping 46 points on 17-of-25 shooting, including 10-of-13 from distance, while adding five rebounds, four assists and a steal. C Alex Sarr was impressive, too, going for 27 points and 11 rebounds with two blocks, and F Khris Middleton also had a double-double with 10 points and 12 assists.

For the Hawks, they weren’t nearly as effective, hitting 45% (43-of-95) from the field, while turning it over 18 times. C Kristaps Porzingis led the way with 22 points, eight boards and a pair of 3-pointers in 22 minutes, but his time was limited due to foul trouble.

Washington was waffled by the Boston Celtics on Thursday, falling 146-101 as 11-point underdogs, and they’ve dropped the past two games by at least 19 points, and an average losing margin of 32.0 PPG.

Atlanta is laying the big points, but as a favorite of five or more points, it is 1-4 ATS this season, with the outright loss to Washington. Let’s take the Wizards with the big points, especially since they just took care of the Hawks outright as an 11-point underdog two weeks ago.

While we’re looking for Washington to grab the cover, let’s get a little crazy with the team props. We’ll take Washington to be leading at halftime, while taking Atlanta to hold on for the victory.

Parlay Odds: +1500

New Orleans Pelicans (+110) at Brooklyn Nets (-130) | O/U 228.5 (-110/-110)

  • Leg 1: Nets -1.5 (-114)
  • Leg 2: Over 228.5 Points (-110)
  • Leg 3: Pelicans (1st Half Winner)/Nets (Full Time Winner) (+500)

The Pelicans (3-20) and Nets (5-17) are each going nowhere fast, but a winning parlay in this game pays just as much as a marquee battle. These teams meet at Barclays Center at 5 p.m. ET.

New Orleans has dropped five in a row, but it has covered four, while going 8-2 ATS in the past 10 games. The Over has cashed in three in a row, too, while going 5-1 in the past six games. The total has cashed high at an 8-3 clip in the past 11 outings, too.

Brooklyn has had a lot more success lately, winning two of the past three games outright, while also going 2-1 ATS. The Over (231) cashed in the 123-110 loss to the Utah Jazz last time out, and that Over snapped a 8-game Under run for Brooklyn.

Brooklyn swept the regular-season series in 2024-25, covering both games with a similar line to Saturday. It was a 1-point favorite in a 119-114 win in Brooklyn on April 8 last season as the Over (213.5) cashed, and it covered (barely) as a 1.5-point favorite in NOLA, winning 107-105 on Nov. 11.

We’re certainly going to back the Nets laying the little bit of points, and we’ll go Over on the total.

Let’s back the Pelicans to get off to a good start, taking a lead at halftime. However, they’ll lose steam, and the Nets will pull away in the second half for the victory. That pays +500 alone, but with the side and total, you can nearly multiply up nine times if all the legs come in.
