NBA Same Game Parlays & Picks: Wednesday (4/1)
The Boston Celtics shouldn't have any trouble dispatching the Miami Heat tonight, but can Tyler Herro still connect from long range enough to keep his team in it? Then, the short-handed Golden State Warriors face the seemingly impossible task of slowing down Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs. Here are the best NBA same-game parlays (SGP) for Wednesday, April 1st.

Celtics vs. Heat Same Game Parlay
Leg #1: Celtics Moneyline (-225)
The Celtics have won all three meetings between these two teams this season, yet this spread still feels right. Only one of those wins was by more than five points, but that game was also played back in mid-December.
While it might make sense to take the Heat to cover 5.5 points, this is a team that has lost three out of five games by at least 15 points. Even though the price isn't great, I'll take the Celtics to win, then look to inflate these parlay odds later.
Leg #2: Celtics Over 119.5 Points (+126)
The Celtics have failed to reach 120 points in six consecutive games, and they haven't scored more than 120 since February 27th. That's a 16-game stretch. Yet, I'm backing their offense here.
The Heat rank 22nd in scoring defense, allowing 117.8 points per game. And over the last couple of weeks, the defense has completely disappeared. Seven of the Heat's last nine opponents have scored over 120 points, including five teams that scored at least 134 points.
Leg #3: Tyler Herro Over 3.5 Made Three-Pointers (+145)
Tyler Herro is averaging 2.6 made three-pointers per game, but I'm going to take a bit of a chance on him at good odds. Herro averaged three made three-pointers per game in March, and he's made at least three in three of his last four games.
In March, Herro made at least four three-pointers in a game five times. And for as good as the Celtics' defense is, Boston gives up a lot of three-pointers, allowing 13.9 per game. Herro made four three-pointers in his only game against the Celtics. Expect the same result tonight.
Parlay Odds: +500
Spurs vs. Warriors Same Game Parlay
Leg #1: Spurs -13.5 (-110)
The Warriors will be without Steph Curry tonight, so I'm taking the Spurs to win their sixth consecutive game by at least 14 points.
While the Warriors only lost by 13 without Curry the last time these two teams met, the Spurs’ average margin of victory this year is 8.2. Ten of their last 15 wins have been by at least 15 points, and the Warriors’ last four losses have all been by at least 14.
Leg #2: Victor Wembanyama 40+ Points + Rebounds (+117)
Victor Wembanyama has scored at least 26 points in all three of his games against the Warriors this season. He's also pulled down at least nine rebounds, so he enters this game with a floor of 35 combined points + rebounds.
While Wembanyama only reached 40 for this combo prop once against the Warriors, he's reached this total in two of his last four games overall. On Monday, he scored 41 points while grabbing 16 rebounds. He now has at least 15 rebounds in four consecutive games. Wembanyama should excel against a team ranked 17th in rebounds allowed per game.
Leg #3: Brandin Podziemski Over 19.5 Points (+145)
Averaging 13.3 points per game, Brandin Podziemski is the Warriors' leading scorer entering tonight's game. He's scored at least 20 points in four consecutive games, shooting better than 50% from the floor in three of those contests.
In his most recent game against the Spurs, he scored 16 points, but that was in February, when he averaged just 12.7 points per game and didn't reach 20 points a single time. In March, Podziemski significantly increased his production, scoring at least 20 points in eight games and averaging 17.7 per contest.
Parlay Odds: +1000
