Saturday’s Best NBA Same Game Parlays: Warriors vs. 76ers
(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)
Golden State Warriors at Philadelphia 76ers
- Leg 1: Stephen Curry Over 27.5 Points (-112)
- Leg 2: Paul George Over 3.5 Assists (-166)
- Leg 3: Kelly Oubre Jr. Under 6.5 Rebounds (-108)
After a 56-point performance against the Orlando Magic, I’m buying the Steph Curry hype. He’ll get an even better matchup tonight, facing a Philadelphia defense that ranks 27th in the NBA in points allowed to point guards. Ultimately, the Sixers rank 28th in three-pointers allowed to point guards and also rank 21st in three-point percentage to point guards.
On the other hand, Paul George earned seven assists against the Knicks in his last game. He’s had at least seven potential assists in two of his last three games. Plus, with Joel Embiid out for the rest of the season, this is now George’s team. That said, the Warriors rank 20th in assists allowed to power forwards this season which is still a below-average number. In addition, George has added at least four assists in eight of his last nine games against the Warriors, averaging 5.8 assists in those games.
Lastly, let’s give Kelly Oubre Jr. a chance. He’s earned at least seven rebounds in just 38% of games this season. He’s also averaged just 3.8 rebounds per game in his last five head-to-head matchups against the Warriors. That’s likely because the Warriors have been great at limiting rebounds against small forwards. This year specifically, the Warriors rank 5th in the NBA in rebounds allowed to small forwards. Oubre’s rebound chances will likely be low tonight.
