NBA Sleeper Picks Player Predictions (12/3/24)

Regular season record: 48-29

Cade Cunningham (G – DET): OVER 19.5 points (alt line)

Cade Cunningham continues to impress for the Detroit Pistons, averaging 23.5 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 9.0 assists per game. Cade has recorded 20 or more points in 15 of his 18 games this season and has an excellent opportunity to do so against a Milwaukee Bucks team he dropped 35 points on a few weeks ago. Clap the More on Cade for Tuesday night's action.

Domantas Sabonis (C – SAC): OVER 0.5 double doubles

Domantas Sabonis remains the NBA's double double leader, thanks in large part to the 12.9 rebounds he is averaging. He has recorded at least a double double in every game this season but the opener. Sabonis fell short of the mark in just five of his 82 games this season and is in an excellent position to haul in at least another 10 rebounds against a Houston Rockets team relinquishing the fifth most rebounds per game to the center position at 16.29 per contest. Dap the More on Domantas for Tuesday night basketball.

Karl-Anthony Towns (C – NYK): OVER 19.5 points (alt line)

Towns has slowed down a bit in the scoring department but is still averaging a strong 25.2 points per game. He looked to be a near lock for at least 20 a night before the last week of November but has now fallen under that mark in three of his last five, making the posted total a strong fade. The 19.5 alt line still has some appeal but falls short of the projected probability that it offered for most of November. With that said, he will be squaring off against an Orlando Magic team surrendering 21.02 points per game to the center position. KAT should not lack motivation as his fourth place Knicks are looking up in the standings at the third place Magic. Tap the More on Towns for Tuesday night at Sleeper Picks.

Writers note: The lines are constantly changing on Sleeper (and sometimes expiring), so there is a high probability that one or all of the numbers may no longer be the same when you open your app. There are excellent values when they are first posted, with the only catch being that they are not all released at the same time. Vigilance could provide a solid return on investment this season, literally.
