NFL Futures Bets: Offensive Rookie of the Year (2025)
It is absolutely, 100% way too early to award anything to anyone. But, at this early stage of the season, it may be too soon to look at any of this year's NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year candidates as someone who stands out. However, for bettors, that can be a good thing. It means several players still have value when it comes to NFL futures bets.
The following are our top three choices for Offensive Rookie of the Year after two weeks.

NFL Futures Bets: Offensive Rookie of the Year
(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)
Ashton Jeanty opened as the favorite, but the Raiders running back is averaging fewer than three yards per carry and has yet to crack 100 total yards rushing. Pro Football Focus (PFF) currently has him graded as the seventh-best rookie running back (55.3). Cam Ward opened with the second-best odds, but he and the Titans’ offense are struggling.
There really isn't a single rookie that stands out. There are, however, a few we think are worth watching. It may even be worth it to go ahead and put a little down on all of them.
Tyler Warren (TE – IND) | Current Odds: +475 | Opening Odds: +2500
Tyler Warren was expected to come in with a significant role in the Colts’ offense. Through the first two games, we have seen just that. Warren has yet to score, but he has 11 catches (on 16 targets) for 155 yards. He clearly has an established relationship with Daniel Jones. PFF has graded him as the second-best rookie tight end (82.4).
However, Warren has played more than twice the number of plays as PFF’s top-graded tight end, Buffalo’s Jackson Hawes (119-51). Only one rookie skill position player has accounted for more yards than him.
Tetairoa McMillan (WR – CAR) | Current Odds: +700 | Opening Odds: +21400
Playing time and stats are important factors regarding Offensive Rookie of the Year candidates. Tetairoa McMillan is in a great position to accumulate both. He was drafted to be the team's No. 1 wide receiver. So far, he has lived up to that expectation with 11 catches (on 19 targets) for 168 yards.
Carolina does not project to be a very good team this season and will likely play behind for much of the season. Consequently, Carolina will be playing from behind often and looking to throw the ball in an effort to catch up. McMillan is currently PFF’s highest graded rookie wide receiver (75.8).
Jacory Croskey-Merritt (RB – WSH) | Current Odds: +1600 | Opening Odds: +3000
Jacory Croskey-Merritt made a big splash in Week 1 with 82 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries. He followed that up with just 17 yards on four carries versus the Packers. With Jayden Daniels hurt, there is a chance the Commanders will try a little harder to establish the run. (Austin Ekeler is also out for the season.)
Croskey-Merritt will need to play more if he is going to get into the conversation. So far, he has logged just 38 snaps. But he has graded out higher than all other rookie running backs (78.1).
