NFL Monday Night Football Anytime & First TD Scorers: Bills vs. Rams
Odds via DraftKings Sportsbook
Buffalo Bills First TD Scorer: Josh Allen (+285)
There hasn't been a more impactful quarterback over the first four weeks this season than Allen. The superstar quarterback has seven rushing touchdowns entering Week 5, the most in the NFL. Furthermore, his seven touchdowns lead the league in scrimmage scores, totaling more than Ja'Marr Chase (three), Jeremiyah Love (two), and Chase Brown (one) combined. Allen has totaled seven rushing scores in four games despite ranking 13th in the NFL with six passing touchdowns.
Furthermore, the superstar has been the Bills' go-to guy early in games. While he didn't have Buffalo's first touchdown last week, Allen did score the team's first touchdown in the first three games this year. Meanwhile, the Rams’ run defense has played well, surrendering only one rushing touchdown. However, that lone touchdown was to Bo Nix two weeks ago. More importantly, Los Angeles hasn't faced an elite running attack like the Bills this season.
Los Angeles Rams First TD Scorer: Kyren Williams (+270)
Despite the Rams' offense being loaded with big-name stars, Williams is the glue that holds the unit together. The former Notre Dame star leads the team with three rushing touchdowns and four offensive scores. He has accounted for 75% of Los Angeles' rushing touchdowns and 40% of their offensive scores over the first four weeks. Furthermore, Williams had the team's only touchdown in the Week 1 loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
Last week, the star running back found the end zone twice against the Philadelphia Eagles, scoring both touchdowns in the team's late fourth-quarter comeback victory. Meanwhile, the Bills' run defense has struggled again after being one of the worst units in 2025. They have surrendered three rushing touchdowns and three receiving scores to running backs. More importantly, Buffalo has allowed an opposing running back to find the end zone at least once in every game.
Anytime TD Scorer: James Cook (-115)
After a poor performance in Week 1 against the Houston Texans, Cook has been outstanding. Despite Josh Allen leading the NFL with seven rushing touchdowns, the former Georgia star has had no trouble finding the end zone since opening weekend. The star running back has a rushing touchdown in three consecutive games despite facing some talented run defenses. However, no one should be surprised by the Bills' success on the ground with Allen and Cook leading the way.
Buffalo has had the NFL's best rushing attack the past few years. Last season, the Bills had 30 rushing touchdowns, the most in the league. Furthermore, 10 players scored double-digit rushing touchdowns in 2025. Allen (14) and Cooks (12) were two of those players. Meanwhile, the Rams' run defense has been outstanding, surrendering zero touchdowns to running backs. However, Los Angeles hasn't faced an elite running attack like Buffalo's over the first four weeks.
Anytime TD Scorer: Davante Adams (+100)
Puka Nacua is the Rams' top wide receiver. Unfortunately, he missed two games with an injury. However, the superstar has zero receiving touchdowns in his two healthy games. Meanwhile, Adams leads the team with two receiving touchdowns, accounting for a third of Los Angeles' total. More importantly, the future Hall of Famer is the Rams’ best weapon in the red zone and faces a defense that has struggled to keep wide receivers out of the end zone.
The Bills have surrendered six receiving touchdowns to opposing wide receivers, the second-most in the NFL over the first four weeks. However, they have severely struggled to keep wide receivers out of the end zone once the opposing offense enters the red zone. Four of the six receiving touchdowns scored by wide receivers against Buffalo have come from 14 or fewer yards out, including two by Romeo Doubs last week. Expect Adams to see several red zone targets on Monday.
