The last time the veteran quarterback started was Week 16 of the 2023 season with the Houston Texans. He had three interceptions in his two starts that year. Furthermore, Jalyx Hunt had an interception off of Williams in last season's contest.
Therefore, no one should be surprised if Keenum struggles to protect the ball on Monday night. The Eagles' defense hasn't had an interception over the first two weeks. However, expect them to be extra aggressive and jump passing lanes, trying to make a game-changing pick-six. All it takes is one more read or communication between Keenum and pass catchers he's barely worked with for Philadelphia’s defense to score. More aggressive bettors should love this touchdown pick.
