NFL Monday Night Football Player Props & Picks: Bears vs. Seahawks

The Chicago Bears take on the Seattle Seahawks on Monday Night Football to close out Week 8 of the NFL. The Seahawks’ stout defense has oddsmakers valuing them as a -3 betting favorite at home, while the point total sits at 46.5.

We’re coming off a perfect 3-0 outing with my previous Week 7 edition of NFL Monday Night Football Player Props & Picks: Cowboys vs. Eagles. Dak Prescott finished with 3 passing touchdowns, going Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns in the 1st half. Ryan Flournoy cashed Over 33.5 Receiving Yards with 4-70 on 4 targets, and CeeDee Lamb hauled in a 1st-quarter touchdown to cash his Anytime TD Scorer prop at +120 odds.

Let’s keep building our bankroll and cashing tickets heading into tonight’s NFC tilt between the Bears and Seahawks. I’ve got 3 player props to target in multiple betting markets.

Best NFL Monday Night Football Player Prop Bets – Week 8: Bears vs. Seahawks

                              (Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Sam Darnold 230+ Passing Yards (-135)

Sam Darnold looked like a reigning Super Bowl champion during his last outing against the Kansas City Chiefs, logging a 71 percent completion rate for over 250 yards.

Tonight, Darnold gets Zach Charbonnet and Jadarian Price back into the Seahawks’ backfield. This will set up play-action much more effectively, while facing a Bears defense that has allowed 310+ passing yards in 2 of its previous 3 appearances. Expect another big night between Darnold and star wideout Jaxon Smith-Njigba.

Darnold has recorded 230+ passing yards in 3 of his past 5 starts for Seattle. Oddsmakers have set his passing yards line at 237.5, so let’s lay a bit of juice and play Darnold’s passing yards line to 230+ at -135 odds.

                              D’Andre Swift Under 59.5 Rushing Yards (-115)

The Bears continue to funnel carries to D’Andre Swift. However, despite it being his backfield, Chicago’s RB1 is facing one of the league’s top run defenses tonight.

Seattle is second in yards per carry allowed (3.5) this season and has held 5 of 7 opponents under 100 total rushing yards. Right now, the Seahawks rank first in yards per play allowed (4.0) and are top-10 in turnover rate at 12.7%.

Caleb Williams is going to have to live up to his “Superman” moniker and deliver with his legs and arm in Seattle tonight. Swift has gone under 60 rushing yards in 3 of his previous 4 appearances for the Bears.

Bet on Swift Under 59.5 Rushing Yards at -115 odds.

Zach Charbonnet Anytime TD Scorer (+125)

Zach Charbonnet makes his 2026 debut for the Seahawks following his recovery from a torn ACL in his left knee suffered during last year’s Super Bowl run. The Seahawks RB1 may take some time to shake the rust off, but he’ll be able to split carries with rookie 1st-round draft pick Jadarian Price, as well as Emanuel Wilson in a crowded backfield.

In 2025, Charbonnet was a touchdown machine. He scored 12 times, deployed frequently in the red zone to punch in drives with his physicality.

The Bears have allowed 5 touchdowns to running backs this season. Chicago has been fairly stout, but it’s likely that the Seahawks make frequent red zone trips tonight with their elite passing attack led by Smith-Njigba.

Charbonnet won’t be available in Anytime TD Scorer markets at plus odds for very long. Let’s take advantage and bet on Zach Charbonnet’s Anytime TD Scorer prop at +125 odds.
