NFL Monday Night Football Player Props & Picks: Bills vs. Rams

The NFL Week 5 slate wraps up with an exciting interconference tilt between the Buffalo Bills and Los Angeles Rams on Monday Night Football. Josh Allen leads the 3-1 Bills into SoFi Stadium to face a surging Rams offense led by veteran gunslinger Matthew Stafford.

Oddsmakers have the Rams favored by 3.5 points. The point total sits at 54.5.

My NFL Monday Night Football Player Props: Falcons vs. Saints (Week 4) settled 2-0-1 for a profitable outing. Noah Fant wound up not playing, voiding his receiving yards prop, while we cashed Alvin Kamara Under 37.5 Rushing Yards and Bijan Robinson Under 4.5 Receptions.

Let’s keep the wins rolling into tonight’s highly-anticipated matchup between the Bills and Rams. I’ve got three more player props to tail, each worth 1 unit, ahead of tonight’s 8:15 p.m. ET opening kickoff, airing on ABC and ESPN.

Best NFL Monday Night Football Player Prop Bets – Week 5: Bills vs. Rams

                              (Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Josh Allen Anytime TD Scorer (-125)

The Bills’ offense is tailored toward Josh Allen’s dual-threat ability. It’s why the franchise quarterback has 7 rushing touchdowns through his first 4 starts, scoring in all 4 contests.

The Rams’ pass defense is legitimate, holding opponents under 180 passing yards in 3 straight games, while never surrendering more than 209 passing yards. Allen’s going to be active with his legs, per usual, especially in the expected absence of Rams DT Aaron Donald.

Allen is a threat as a ball carrier anywhere on the field, especially in the red zone. While RB James Cook has plenty of talent, it’s Allen’s big frame that head coach and offensive playcaller Joe Brady leans on near the goal line.

Let’s start our Monday Night Football player prop bets with a wager on Josh Allen’s Anytime TD Scorer prop at -125 odds.

Kyren Williams 70+ Rushing Yards (-107)

The Rams also like to establish the run with their offense, despite Stafford’s elite passing ability. It’ll be a heavy dose of Kyren Williams tonight, facing a Bills run defense allowing 4.0 YPC.

Williams has been busy as the Rams’ RB1 in 2026. He’s logged 15+ carries in back-to-back starts, while finishing with 80+ rushing yards in 3 straight games played.

He’s also coming off a massive outing as a receiver, hauling in 10 of 13 targets for 67 yards against the Eagles. Simply put, Williams is the motor that keeps the Rams’ offense running.

Let’s bet on Williams to finish with 70+ rushing yards in a favorable matchup against the Bills tonight.

Keon Coleman Over 37.5 Receiving Yards (-111)

The Bills’ 33rd overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, Keon Coleman, has had a great start to his third season. Coleman has benefited from D.J. Moore’s injury, which could extend to tonight’s game, as the WR1 remains listed as questionable with a shoulder injury.

Coleman’s coming off a 6-116-1 finish on 7 targets against the Patriots. It’s a tough assignment against a stout Rams secondary tonight. However, Coleman has gone Over 37.5 Receiving Yards in 2 of his past 3 starts, falling just short with 37 yards on 2 targets against the Chargers in Week 3.

Khalil Shakir and Josh Palmer are the only other wideouts competing for targets if Moore doesn’t see the field tonight. Of course, Allen likes favoring tight ends like Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox, but Coleman’s reliability through the early portion of this season makes him a top option in the Bills’ passing attack.

Let’s finish our Week 5 Monday Night Football player props with a bet on Keon Coleman Over 37.5 Receiving Yards at -111 odds.
