Tennessee Titans at Atlanta Falcons, 1 PM, CBS

This is a meeting of a pair of 1-2 teams that are looking to keep pace in their respective divisions. The Titans scored a huge win over the Browns in Week 1, but have since dropped two in a row. The Falcons hit the right notes in a win over the Eagles but fell flat in their other two games. Tennessee has had extra time to prepare for this one and gets the cover at least.

The Pick: Tennessee Titans +4 (-105)

New England Patriots at Buffalo Bills, 1 PM, CBS

This is the only meeting of 3-0 teams in Week 4. The Patriots have rolled over all in their path, while the Bills have had to work a bit harder to remain undefeated. Buffalo made some nice moves in the offseason, and they look like a team that can compete for a Wild Card spot. However, keeping pace with New England is a different matter altogether. Patriots win and cover.

The Pick: New England Patriots -7 (-110)

Kansas City Chiefs at Detroit Lions, 1 PM, FOX

The Chiefs being undefeated isn't surprising, but the fact that the Lions check in at 2-0-1 for this tilt has raised some eyebrows. Oddsmakers have installed Kansas City as big road favorites, and we certainly understand why. This team is a clear contender. That said, the Lions have shown a whole lot in year two of the Matt Patricia era. They'll keep it closer than expected.

The Pick: Detroit Lions +6.5 (-110)

Oakland Raiders at Indianapolis Colts, 1 PM, CBS

The Raiders looked pretty good in Week 1, but it has been all downhill since. The Colts are 2-1 and have looked solid on both sides of the ball. Jacoby Brissett has stepped right in and is doing a fantastic job. Despite the unexpected signal caller change, this is a team that can compete for a playoff spot. They move to 3-1 and cover on Sunday.

The Pick: Indianapolis Colts -7 (+100)

Los Angeles Chargers at Miami Dolphins, 1 PM, CBS

The Chargers have loads of talent, but they're off to a tough start at 1-2. Perhaps a trip to Miami will offer a chance for the team to right the ship. The Dolphins are winless and inept. There are no signs that either of those things will be changing anytime soon. If the visitors don't win big here, then they may be in line for an unexpectedly disappointing season.

The Pick: Los Angeles Chargers -15.5 (-105)

Washington Redskins at New York Giants, 1 PM, FOX

The Redskins were decimated on Monday Night Football by the visiting Bears to drop to 0-3. It appears that seats are beginning to get warm in the nation's capital as a result. The Giants suddenly have a new outlook on things after an exciting debut from Daniel Jones in a victory over the Buccaneers. They'll keep the good times rolling for another week and cover.

The Pick: New York Giants -3 (-110)

Cleveland Browns at Baltimore Ravens, 1 PM, CBS

The air is pretty much out of the preseason hype balloon that was hovering over the Browns. The team is 1-2, and the offense just doesn't seem to be clicking. Offense hasn't been an issue in Baltimore, but the team is still looking to bounce back from a loss to the Chiefs. They'll do so here, but the Browns keep it interesting in the wake of expectations being tempered.

The Pick: Cleveland Browns +7 (-110)

Carolina Panthers at Houston Texans, 1 PM, FOX

Kyle Allen got the start over an injured Cam Newton last week, and the Panthers’ offense suddenly came to life. We'll have to wait and see what that means long-term. As for the Texans, they went to Los Angeles as underdogs versus the Chargers and exited with an outright win. This team is in win-now mode. They get another one on Sunday and cover to boot.

The Pick: Houston Texans -4 (-105)

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Los Angeles Rams, 4:05 PM, FOX

The Buccaneers were flat in Week 1, but they have looked better since then. Nonetheless, their record is just 1-2. The Rams are undefeated, but the team isn't capturing anywhere near the amount of attention it received last season. They're huge home favorites here and clearly the better team on paper. However, the visiting Buccaneers can cover the hefty spread.

The Pick: Tampa Bay Buccaneers +9.5 (-105)

Seattle Seahawks at Arizona Cardinals, 4:05 PM, FOX

The Seahawks hit the road in the wake of a disappointing home loss to the Saints. The Cardinals showed some life over the first two weeks of the season, but they weren't at their best while being drilled at home by the Panthers last week. Seattle bounces back and gets the win over a lesser foe and covers the spread while doing so.

The Pick: Seattle Seahawks -5 (-105)

Minnesota Vikings at Chicago Bears, 4:25 PM, CBS

This is one of the most anticipated games of the day. It should be an old-fashioned NFC North slugfest as two strong defensive teams face off. As the tight spread indicates, it's close to a toss-up. The Bears looked great in the rout of the Redskins, but the Vikings pull out the upset to make the division race even more interesting.

The Pick: Minnesota Vikings +2 (-105)

Jacksonville Jaguars at Denver Broncos, 4:25 PM, CBS

Gardner Minshew has done a solid job while taking over for the injured Nick Foles. The Jaguars’ offense has also kicked things up a notch since its no-show in Week 1. The Broncos remain in search of their first win of the year, not to mention their first sack of an opposing quarterback. The underdog Jaguars exit the Mile High City with a victory.

The Pick: Jacksonville Jaguars +3 (+111)
