Seattle Seahawks at Atlanta Falcons, 1 PM, FOX

The Seahawks are looking to bounce back from a disappointing road loss to the Ravens last week. They have a great chance to do so on Sunday as they visit a Falcons team which has looked lost this season. Seattle gets its rebound and covers to boot.

The Pick: Seattle Seahawks -3.5 (-105)

Philadelphia Eagles at Buffalo Bills, 1 PM, FOX

The Eagles were hammered on Sunday Night Football by the Cowboys, and they face another tall task with a trip to Buffalo. The Bills may not be flashy, but they are every bit as good as their record suggests. They get the win and cover as Philadelphia continues searching for answers.

The Pick: Buffalo Bills -2 (-105)

Los Angeles Chargers at Chicago Bears, 1 PM, FOX

When two disappointing teams meet, something has to give. The Chargers take a three-game losing streak into Chicago to face a Bears team that has lost two in a row. There’s no quick fix for either side in this one, but the Bears’ defense should wake up enough for a win and cover.

The Pick: Chicago Bears -4 (-105)

New York Giants at Detroit Lions, 1 PM, FOX

The spark that Daniel Jones gave to the Giants has worn off as the team has lost its last three in a row. The Lions have shown some promise this season, but they were clobbered by the visiting Vikings last week. Detroit may get the home win, but New York can keep this one close.

The Pick: New York Giants +7 (-105)

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Tennessee Titans, 1 PM, FOX

The Buccaneers had last week off to reflect on its horrid loss to the Panthers in London. The Titans snapped a two-game losing streak with a win on Sunday. As the spread suggests, these two teams are close. Home field is the difference-maker for a Tennessee win and cover.

The Pick: Tennessee Titans -2.5 (-105)

Denver Broncos at Indianapolis Colts, 1 PM, CBS

Heading into last Thursday night’s game with the Chiefs, it looked like the Broncos had turned things around. As the embarrassing home loss indicates, they haven’t. We should see a little more pep in their step this week. A strong Colts team wins at home, but Denver covers.

The Pick: Denver Broncos +5.5 (-105)

Cincinnati Bengals at Los Angeles Rams, 1 PM, CBS

Zac Taylor’s rookie season at the helm in Cincinnati has been a rough one. It won’t get any easier this week with a trip to Los Angeles to face a rejuvenated Rams team. The stench of a three-game skid behind them, the Rams handle business at home in big league fashion.

The Pick: Los Angeles Rams -13 (-105)

Arizona Cardinals at New Orleans Saints, 1 PM, CBS

The surprising Cardinals have won three in a row as they head to New Orleans on Sunday. The Saints have surprised in their own right with a series of stellar performances in the wake of the injury to Drew Brees. New Orleans keeps the streak alive, but Arizona makes it interesting.

The Pick: Arizona Cardinals +9.5 (-105)

New York Jets at Jacksonville Jaguars, 1 PM, CBS

The last time we saw the Jets, they were being embarrassed on their home field by the Patriots. Perhaps a trip to Florida will inspire a better performance. The Jaguars are more talented and win outright, but they have also been skittish enough this year to have to work for it.

The Pick: New York Jets +6 (-105)

Carolina Panthers at San Francisco 49ers, 4:05 PM, FOX

The Panthers come out of their bye week for a trip to San Francisco to face a red-hot 49ers team. Carolina has turned things around off of a tough start to the year, but the 49ers are playing at a different level. San Francisco remains undefeated and gets the cover.

The Pick: San Francisco 49ers -5.5 (-105)

Cleveland Browns at New England Patriots, 4:25 PM, CBS

The Browns have failed to live up to the outrageous hype surrounding them in the offseason, but there’s still time to turn it around. Doing so won’t be easy this week as they face a Patriots team which severely outclasses them. New England covers with a big home win.

The Pick: New England Patriots -13 (-105)

Oakland Raiders at Houston Texans, 4:25 PM, CBS

The Raiders were flat last week and got hammered by the Packers, while the Texans suffered a road loss to the Colts. Two teams looking for a rebound should combine for an entertaining late afternoon affair. Houston wins, but it won’t be as easy as the spread suggests.

The Pick: Oakland Raiders +6.5 (-105)
