NFL Parlays & Picks: Best Bets for Week 15 (2025)
We’re onto the final four weeks of the 2025 NFL regular season, so buckle up for the chaos that’s about to ensue!
We just watched plenty of upsets happen in Week 14. Kansas City has been pushed to the brink of playoff elimination following a 20-10 loss at home to Houston on Sunday Night Football. The Jacksonville Jaguars beat the Indianapolis Colts to reclaim the lead in a tight AFC South race, while the Pittsburgh Steelers went into Baltimore to beat the Ravens to jump atop the AFC North.
Other notable results include Minnesota’s 31-0 shutout win over Washington, with QB J.J. McCarthy recording his first home win as a starter in decisive fashion. The Lions rode RB Jahmyr Gibbs to a huge 44-30 win over Dallas to strengthen their NFC playoff stock. Josh Allen led the Buffalo Bills on a huge comeback win over Joe Burrow’s Cincinnati Bengals in snowy conditions, and the Green Bay Packers held on to beat the red-hot Chicago Bears to regain a lead in the NFC North.
My NFL Parlays & Picks: Best Bets for Week 14 once again settled 0-2 on both parlays, while going 2-2 SU. The Jaguars routed the Colts as a home underdog to cash their moneyline at +116 odds, while the Vikings’ 31-0 shutout win over the Commanders won under 42.5 total points. A late field goal from Tampa Bay ruined under 42.5 total points in the Buccaneers and Saints matchup, while the Bears lost 28-21 to fail covering +6.5 on the hook.
Let’s keep hunting winners and build a couple of winning parlays before the upcoming NFL Week 15 slate kicks off. Follow me on X at Matt_MacKay_ for more NFL betting analysis and free picks.

NFL Early Week Parlays: Week 15
(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)
Parlay 1 (+264)
Leg 1: New York Jets +11.5 (-110)
The New York Jets are catching +11.5 on the road against Jacksonville in Week 15. The Jaguars have been red-hot lately, winning four of their last five games since a Week 8 bye, which is why oddsmakers are so bullish on Jacksonville at home.
Despite sitting at 3-10, the Jets are profitable ATS in 2025. QB Tyrod Taylor is a veteran with big-play ability, while RB Breece Hall remains New York’s most explosive offensive skill player. The Jets are 7-5-1 ATS, while the Jaguars are slightly better at 8-5 ATS.
New York has covered +11.5 in five of its last eight games played. The Jets don’t quit, although they did just get blown out at home by Miami 34-10 in Week 14, so there’s value backing this team as a massive underdog.
Conversely, Jacksonville has covered -11.5 in three of its previous four games. The Jaguars were 1-6 for -11.5 before the Week 8 bye, so even though they’ve beaten the Chargers, Titans, and Colts by more than 12 points since Week 11, we’re going to back Taylor and the Jets to keep this matchup relatively close on the road.
Leg 2: Buffalo Bills vs. New England Patriots – Under 49.5 (-110)
A huge AFC East divisional tilt awaits in Week 15 when the New England Patriots host the Buffalo Bills. Oddsmakers are leaning toward the Bills in a revenge spot on the road at -1.5 on the point spread, with a 49.5 point total.
Instead of picking a side, let’s target the point total under. Both teams are 6-7 or 7-6 against the point total this season, plus, 49.5 is a high total for a second divisional matchup with playoff seeding implications.
The Patriots have gone under 49.5 in four of their last five games. Buffalo has gone under 49.5 in five of its last seven matchups, including a 23-20 loss to the Patriots at home back in Week 4.
The Bills’ run defense has been bad in 2025, creating a bit of risk with taking a point total under with this unit on the field. However, expect both offenses to attempt to establish the run, which will melt the game clock.
Drake Maye and Josh Allen both have big, accurate arms, but this feels like a game that will wind up settling 24-21 or 28-21 in either direction. Let’s wrap up our first NFL Week 15 parlay by taking under 49.5 points between the Bills and Patriots.
Parlay 2 (+297)
Leg 1: Los Angeles Rams -5.5 (-110)
The marquee matchup in Week 15 sends the Detroit Lions to SoFi Stadium to take on the Los Angeles Rams. Matthew Stafford and Jared Goff quarterback their respective teams after the trade-swap that sent both signal-callers to their current franchise in March 2021.
The Rams are currently Super Bowl betting favorites. Los Angeles just bounced back from a shocking road loss to Carolina with a resounding 45-17 road win over the Arizona Cardinals. Now, Stafford, Puka Nacua, Davante Adams, and Blake Corum will return home to try to log a statement win over the Lions.
Detroit managed to outscore Dallas 44-30 with star RB Jahmyr Gibbs tallying three total touchdowns for the Lions to pull away from the surging Cowboys on Thursday Night Football. Detroit has a rest advantage in this matchup, however, the Rams’ defense will be prepared, ranked third in scoring defense.
The Lions have not played well on the road in 2025. Detroit has failed to cover +5.5 on the road against Green Bay, Kansas City, and Philadelphia. Los Angeles is a top-tier opponent, and Stafford’s name is being considered for NFL MVP due to his elite passing numbers in head coach Sean McVay’s offense. Plus, the Rams have a strong turnover margin, which will work in their favor against the Lions’ injury-riddled roster.
Let’s lay -5.5 with the Rams, who previously blew out Tampa Bay 34-7 at home in prime-time during Week 12.
Leg 2: Green Bay Packers vs. Denver Broncos – Under 42.5 (-110)
An interconference matchup between two division leaders will kick off from Empower Field at Mile High when the 11-2 Denver Broncos host the 9-3-1 Green Bay Packers. Oddsmakers are laying -2.5 with Micah Parsons and the Packers as road favorites, while the point total is 42.5.
Both teams field a top-six scoring defense, which is why we’re going to invest in under 42.5 to close out this second NFL Week 15 parlay. The Broncos haven’t scored more than 27 points in five straight games. The Packers’ offense has begun to heat up since Week 11, however, they are inconsistent and will struggle to move the football against Denver’s stingy run defense.
Green Bay is 7-6 toward the point total under this year. Denver is a top-four team for point total unders, going 8-5. Denver has gone under this number in four of its previous five games, while the Packers have gone over this line against three of their previous four opponents.
This should be a fun matchup to watch, especially with a pair of top defenses and two rising stars in quarterbacks Jordan Love and Bo Nix. Points will likely be a premium in this matchup, so let’s boost our second NFL Week 15 parlay to +297 by taking under 42.5 total points at -110 odds.
