NFL Prop Bets: Conference Championship (2020)

And then there were four as the AFC and NFC Championship are set to take place. After Sunday we will know who will be representing the AFC and NFC in Super Bowl 54. This time of year is usually a bittersweet one for bettors who know our opportunity to bet NFL is about to go away until September. So let’s take full advantage and find some winners.

As always we head to DraftKings Sportsbook to find some NFL prop bets to target. Which 49ers, Packers, Chiefs, and Titans do we target this week?

Travis Kelce – Over 6.5 Receptions (+125)

Travis Kelce is a monster that is a huge part of what the Kansas City Chiefs do. In fact, he has had seven or more receptions in nine of the Chiefs 16 games this season. Kelce continued his dominance against the Texans catching 10 balls for 134 yards and three touchdowns.

This week, he faces a Tennessee Titans defense that struggles against opposing tight ends. Even last week when Mark Andrews got hurt Hayden Hurst performed well. The two Baltimore tight ends combined for 8 catches, 92 receiving yards, and a touchdown. No matter how you think this game goes, Kelce having a big day seems to be a big part of the outcome. Take the over at plus money this week!

Aaron Rodgers passing yards match-up vs Jimmy Garoppolo (+105)

I absolutely love the 49ers this week at home against the Green Bay Packers. San Francisco is a 7.5 point favorite per DraftKings Sportsbook this week. If we work under the assumption the 49ers cover then Green Bay will need to throw a lot. I also expect Kyle Shanahan to employ a gameplan much closer to the one we saw last week and not they used in New Orleans.

So I’m getting plus money on the better quarterback who will have to throw to try and stay in this game? Sign me up!

Jamaal Williams to score two or more touchdowns (35/1)

Looking for a longshot bet with a big payout that might actually have potential? Let’s take a look at Jamaal Williams to score two or more touchdowns. As I mentioned above, I expect the 49ers to get up big and that should mean more Williams. I think there is a very real possibility he scores multiple touchdowns whether it’s via the ground or air and getting 35/1 odds on it seems like a gamble worth taking.

Kyle Juszczyk – Over 13.5 Receiving Yards (-112)

I’m a big fan of the 49ers Kyle Juszczyk this week and especially in the passing game. This week we just need him to get 14 receiving yards to hit the over. Despite playing only nine games this season he went for 20 or more receiving yards in six games. Kyle Shanahan likes to utilize unique schemes to get players involved.

He is in a great spot for success against a defense that has had issues slowing pass-catchers out of the backfield. In fact, the Packers have allowed a staggering 18 players to gain 17 yards or more receiving yards this season. Granted none of those players are fullbacks but Juszczyk is far from your ordinary fullback. I think a FB screen or swing pass following window dressing gets him there. Take the over this week!

Derrick Henry (-200) and George Kittle (+130) to score a touchdown (+245)

I love the potential of both Derrick Henry and George Kittle to score touchdowns this week. Henry has been on an unprecedented tear this postseason gaining 180 plus rushing yards in the Titans first two playoff games. It was also a 180-yard rushing feat for Henry when he faced Kansas City back in Week 10. The game also came with two Henry touchdowns.

Like Henry, George Kittle dominated the Packers when they met during the regular season catching 6 balls for 129 yards and a touchdown. He should have the opportunity to have a repeat performance this week including finding the end zone.

By combing the bets into a parlay it will get the odds up to almost 2.5/1 makes this bet very enticing. Let’s back Kittle and Henry this week and hopefully celebrate when they score!

Good luck this weekend!
