NFL Sunday Night Football Same Game Parlay: Cowboys vs. Packers (Week 4)

While Micah Parsons returning to Dallas to face his former employer is the media-driven storyline for this game, Green Bay’s offense against Dallas’s pitiful defense will likely steal the show. The following five-leg NFL same game parlay (SGP) is dominated by Packers overs, but one over from the Cowboys was also appealing.

NFL Same Game Parlay for Sunday Night Football: Cowboys vs. Packers

    (Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Green Bay Packers at Dallas Cowboys

Jordan Love and Green Bay’s passing attack had a nightmare matchup against the Browns in Week 3. They have the ideal get-right matchup on Sunday Night Football. According to Pro-Football-Reference, the Cowboys have allowed an NFL-high 288 passing yards per game and seven passing touchdowns this season. Dallas also has the fifth-lowest sack rate (4.5%) this season.

Love has averaged 221 passing yards per game with five passing touchdowns this season. Meanwhile, the Cowboys permitted 450 passing yards and three passing touchdowns to Russell Wilson in Week 2 and 298 yards and four scores to Caleb Williams in Week 3. The Giants have since benched Wilson. Love should be the next quarterback to slice and dice them. Thus, FantasyPros projects Love for 252.1 passing yards and 1.8 passing touchdowns on Sunday Night Football.

Matthew Golden and Romeo Doubs have the tastiest cupcake to feast on this week. Per Pro-Football-Reference, the Cowboys have allowed an NFL-high 220.3 receiving yards per game at 16.9 yards per reception to wide receivers this season. Jayden Reed was injured early in Week 2, removing a mouth to feed from Green Bay’s passing attack.

According to the data suite at Fantasy Points, since Week 2, Doubs and Golden are first and third on the Packers in route participation, at 80% and 67.7%, respectively. In those two games, Doubs had a 21.3% air yards share, and Golden had a 26.4% air yards share. Their vertical usage should yield positive results against Dallas’s pathetic secondary.

Jake Ferguson has been a target monster this year, and that’s unlikely to change with CeeDee Lamb out with a high-ankle sprain. Ferguson has a 24.4% target share, 0.32 targets per route run, a 27.5% first-read rate, 27 receptions (nine per game) and 183 receiving yards (61 per game) this season. After tallying only 23 receiving yards in Week 1, he’s popped up for 78 and 82 the last two weeks.

Ferguson should stay hot. Green Bay has surrendered 71.7 receiving yards per game to tight ends this year, the third-highest mark. As a result, FantasyPros projects Ferguson for 46.3 receiving yards against the Packers.
