Thursday Night Football Same Game Parlay: Buccaneers vs. Falcons
Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook | All bets are one unit unless otherwise stated
- Leg 1: Seahawks +3.5 (-112)
- Leg 2: Kenneth Walker Anytime TD Scorer (-125)
- Leg 3: Jordan Mason 80+ Rushing Yards (-145)
Seahawks +3.5 (-112)
Looking at the latest injury report, the following 49ers players will be inactive for this game: Jordan Elliott, Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles, Talanoa Hufanga and Jake Moody.
At the time of this overview, the Seahawks’ practice report hasn’t come out, but key players like Derick Hall, Byron Murphy, Uchenna Nwosu and Riq Woolen didn’t practice on Tuesday.
With Moody out, the 49ers signed Matthew Wright, a kicker who attempted just one kick in 2023 and has 40 career makes on 47 tries.
Nwosu is out for the Seahawks after being placed on injured reserve (IR), which will greatly impact the pass rush.
It’s a short week for both teams, and they’re also both coming off losses.
The 49ers are allowing more than one passing touchdown per game and also allow over four yards per carry.
Seahawks left tackle Charles Cross will be a nice matchup for 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa.
With this being in Seattle, on a short week between divisional opponents, I’ll take the home team getting the three points and the hook.
This game is likely a classic 23-20 outcome.
Kenneth Walker Anytime TD Scorer (-125)
The 49ers are allowing approximately 21 carries for 86 yards per game (4.1 yards per carry). They’ve also allowed three rushing touchdowns and one receiving touchdown to opposing running backs.
Kenneth Walker has played three games this season. He has 37 carries for 202 yards and four touchdowns.
He had just five carries for 19 yards in Week 5. At the very least, he’ll be fresh(er) for this game and should see a lot of action.
Walker is averaging 5.5 yards per carry. With him in the lineup, expect the Seahawks to rely more on the running game.
Jordan Mason 80+ Rushing Yards (-145)
Jordan Mason has 105 carries for 536 yards (5.1 yards per carry) this season and three rushing touchdowns.
He’s had 19+ carries in four out of five games this season.
In Week 5, he had 14 carries for 89 yards.
He’s had 80+ rushing yards in four out of five games this season. In the lone game he didn’t (Week 3), he finished with 77 yards on 19 carries.
The Seahawks are allowing 110.6 rushing yards per game and 4.69 yards per carry.
Through five games, three running backs have had 80+ yards against them, and Detroit Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs finished with 78.
They held Dolphins and Broncos running backs to fewer than 80 rushing yards, but those were games involving a rookie quarterback in his first start and a Dolphins team with their backup quarterback.
Look for Mason, like Walker III, to get plenty of work here.
Parlay Odds: +550
