The undefeated Eagles host their division foe in the second week in a row where they open as a double digit favorite. Vegas knows that the public loves an undefeated team to keep rolling and this inflated line is a product of that. Nonetheless, early percentages are showing the Eagles with a majority of bets and the line holding put.
The Eagles rank 2nd in the league in net yards per play through 10 weeks only behind Buffalo, while the Commanders rank in the bottom 5. The Eagles have already proved that they can beat the Commanders by more than 11 earlier this year and they did so in convincing fashion at FedEx Field.
With that said, since the QB change to Taylor Heinicke 3 weeks ago, the winning margins of each game have been 2, 1, and 3 respectively. He continues to keep teams in the games until the end, and to offer 11 points is simply too many.
