NFL Week 14 Early Parlay Odds, Picks & Predictions (2023)

Our Early Week 14 Parlay has playoff implications for five of the six teams in the games highlighted.

Two teams are fighting for the top spot in the division with Tampa Bay versus Atlanta. Two teams have legitimate shots at a playoff bye in Detroit and Baltimore. One team tries to fight their way to a wildcard spot in the Los Angeles Rams. And then, well, one team is the Bears.

(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)

Leg 1: Tampa Bay Buccaneers +2.5 @ Atlanta Falcons (-110)

I like taking the team getting the points in this game. Tampa Bay is one game behind Atlanta, who is currently leading the NFC South with a 6-6 record.

Both of these teams are coming off Week 13 wins, but neither of those wins were necessarily impressive. The Buccaneers beat the last-place Carolina Panthers 21-18. The Falcons were able to get the 13-8 win against the Tim Boyle-led New York Jets.

The Falcons beat the Buccaneers in their Week 7 matchup 16-13. However, the Falcons lost games against the Vikings and Titans, while Tampa Bay earned wins against both.

This NFC South matchup has playoff implications and feels like it could go either way in a likely close game. Therefore, give me the points with Tampa Bay.

Leg 2: Detroit Lions –3.0 @ Chicago Bears (-115)

Detroit and Chicago faced off in Week 11, where the Lions came away with the 31-26 win. The Bears had a 20-14 lead after three quarters so I can understand why this line is only -3.0. Three weeks ago they played a close game, so it is reasonable to think this game could be close too.

Still, this is a 9-3 Lions team against a 4-8 Bears team. The Bears had a bye in Week 13 and beat Minnesota 12-10 in Week 12. I can see all the reasons why this might be a close game. I just don’t believe it.

The Lions, 49ers and Cowboys are all one game behind the Eagles for the top seed in the NFC. The Lions have a lot to play for as far as playoff positioning goes with a potential first-round bye within reach. My money will be on Dan Campbell having his Lions ready to make a statement in Chicago in Week 14.

Leg 3: Los Angeles Rams +7.5 @ Baltimore Ravens (-120)

The Rams have gone 3-0 since Matthew Stafford returned from injury. They are currently sitting in eighth place just outside of the playoffs with a 6-6 record. The sixth and seventh-seed Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers also have a 6-6 record, but edge out Los Angeles through tie-breakers. With two playoff spots within reach, every game is important for the Rams.

The Baltimore Ravens are coming off of a Week 13 bye. The Ravens went into their bye red hot, winning six of seven prior weeks. Baltimore is currently the second seed but is tied with first-place Miami at 9-3 overall on the season. They will be looking to get the coveted first-round bye in the playoffs. I expect John Harbaugh to have them highly motivated and focused on achieving that goal, finishing the season strong.

Still, 7.5 points is a lot of points for a potential playoff team. Sean McVay and Stafford look like they are about to go on another run. I expect this to be a very competitive game, so if I can get more than a touchdown for one side, I like the bet.

Three–Leg Parlay Odds: (+554)
