NFL Week 18 Touchdown Scorer Prop Bet Picks & Predictions (Saturday)

Week 18 concludes the 2022 NFL regular season. However, there is still plenty to determine before the playoffs start. The NFL has given fans an extra day of football with two matchups on Saturday.

The first game is between the Kansas City Chiefs and Las Vegas Raiders. The Chiefs could secure the No. 1 seed in the AFC playoffs with a win. Meanwhile, the Raiders were eliminated from playoff consideration after losing last week to the San Francisco 49ers.

In the second matchup of the day, we get a critical AFC South showdown between the Tennessee Titans and Jacksonville Jaguars. The winner of this matchup will be the AFC South division winners and the No. 4 seed in the AFC playoffs. If the Titans lose, they are eliminated from playoff consideration. Meanwhile, the Jaguars can still make the playoffs as a wild card team, even if they lose to the Titans. However, it would require the New England Patriots, Miami Dolphins, and Pittsburgh Steelers all to lose on Sunday.

There will be millions of dollars bet on these games. However, which touchdown prop bets should you make? Let’s take a look.

NFL Week 18 Touchdown Scorer Prop Bet Picks & Predictions (Saturday)

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Las Vegas Raiders

Chiefs First TD Scorer: Jerick McKinnon (RB) +340

Despite trading away Tyreek Hill in the offseason, the Kansas City offense has been an unstoppable force this year. One reason why is McKinnon. The veteran running back had seven career receiving touchdowns entering this season. However, he has eight this year, the second-most on the team. Furthermore, the veteran running back has found the end zone in six straight contests. More importantly, McKinnon has scored the first Kansas City touchdown in three of the past five games. Meanwhile, the Raiders have surrendered four receiving touchdowns to running backs this season, the fifth-most in the NFL.

Raiders First TD Scorer: Davante Adams (WR) +275

The Raiders have had a disappointing 2022 season. Last week the team benched Derek Carr for Jarrett Stidham against the 49ers. Yet, Adams continued to put up elite receiver numbers, catching seven of 11 targets for 153 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. The superstar receiver has 14 receiving touchdowns this year, leading the NFL. His 14 receiving touchdowns are the second-most Adams has ever had in a season. More importantly, he has scored the first Las Vegas touchdown in 31.3% of the games this year, including the Week 5 matchup between these two teams. Meanwhile, the Chiefs have surrendered 19 receiving touchdowns to wide receivers this season, the second-most in the league.

Anytime TD Scorer: Travis Kelce (TE – KC) -160

While Adams leads the NFL in receiving touchdowns, Kelce is just behind him with 12. Not only does the superstar tight end lead the team in receiving touchdowns, totaling four times as many as any wide receiver. More importantly, he was unstoppable in the Week 5 matchup against the Raiders. Kelce caught all four of Patrick Mahomes’ passing touchdowns in that game. Furthermore, he has two games this season with three or more receiving touchdowns. More aggressive bettors should consider betting on Kelce to score two or more touchdowns at +350 and three or more at +1300.

Tennessee Titans vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Titans First TD Scorer: Derrick Henry (RB) +175

The Tennessee offense is built around Henry, and it shows every week. The superstar running back has 13 rushing touchdowns this season, the second-most in the NFL. Furthermore, he has accounted for 81.3% of the team’s rushing touchdowns and 41.9% of their offensive scores this year. More importantly, Henry has scored the first Tennessee touchdown in 37.5% of the games this season, including the past three contests he has played. In the Week 14 matchup between these two teams, Henry had 121 rushing yards and the first Titans touchdown of the game.

Jaguars First TD Scorer: Evan Engram (TE) +650

Jacksonville has won six of their past eight games, giving them a chance to make the playoffs for the first time since 2017. Their recent success has partly been because of Engram. The veteran tight end has four touchdowns this season, with three coming over the past five weeks. More importantly, Engram scored twice against the Titans in the Week 14 matchup, including the first Jacksonville touchdown of the game. Furthermore, he has the first Jaguars touchdown in 18.8% of the games this season. Meanwhile, Tennessee has surrendered eight receiving touchdowns to tight ends this year, the sixth-most in the NFL, including four over the past month.

Anytime TD Scorer: Zay Jones (WR) +180

While Christian Kirk got all the headlines after signing a massive deal with the Jaguars in the offseason, Jones has been an excellent addition to the team. The veteran receiver has five receiver touchdowns this year, the second-most on the team. However, he has played very well lately. Jones has earned seven or more targets in five of the past seven contests. More importantly, the veteran has four receiving touchdowns over the past month, including one against Tennessee in the Week 14 matchup. Meanwhile, the Titans have given up 19 receiving touchdowns to wide receiver this season, the second-most in the NFL.
